Great product and great customer service!
The wombat beanbag is hands down one of the comfiest things I’ve ever lounged on! The product arrived quickly however with the outdoor cover instead of the indoor, after contacting Baha about this they promptly worked to resolve the problem and sent out the correct one via express shipping! Very impressed with how they handled the issue!

Amazing service, very happy
I discovered BAHA when I was looking for a comfy chair/beanbag for my reading nook. An ad came up on my Facebook, so I took a look on the website and found the Wombat. I couldn't find any reviews online but the pictures and description looked great so I took a chance - I do not regret it! It is the most comfortable thing I have ever sat on. The cover is super soft and cosy and the foam filling, although it took a bit of work to fluff it out (it comes vacuum packed), is really squishy and moulds around my body so nicely. other memory foam-filled beanbags but is still excellent quality. I couldn't be happier with it! And I am sure it will just keep getting comfier as the foam puffs up and softens over time. I did have one issue with shipping - my address was printed wrong on the order so the courier refused to deliver it to me (despite calling me to verify my identity). The BAHA customer service team was great though; they kept in contact with me through the whole process and let the courier company know what had happened so my package got delivered within a couple of days. I wouldn't be deterred by this if you are planning on ordering, it was an easy mistake and was quickly resolved. I definitely recommend ordering from them!Similar opinion? Amazing Product
I purchased a blockout indoor roller blind. Website was halpful and easy to work through. Blinds are well priced. My blind arrived quickly, was easy to install and looks great. No complaints here

Really good blinds and service
I was shopping around for blinds and wasn’t sure what colour/fabric I wanted so I ordered free samples from BAHA. They arrived in a couple days and made it really easy for me to choose what I wanted. I ended up ordering a couple blinds and am really happy with how they look.

Good Products, Good Price
I had done a bit of research and found similar blinds that were cheaper from another website, but they weren’t the exact colour I wanted. I messaged BAHA about their price match guarantee and they matched the cheaper price I found. Really happy that I got the blinds I wanted for cheaper than I was expecting. Will use them again in the future

Perfect, exactly what Blinds I wanted
I wanted a few new blinds for my bedroom and wasn’t sure what product would be best for me so I emailed them and they were really helpful. Blinds were cheap, easy to install and are really good. Would definitely recommend

Took my money and nothing arrived. There is no response to email or phone calls. The supposed premises is vacant and looks like they are no longer trading. ACCC has been notified

We are 100% online and do not have a physical shop. However, if you want to see some of our products we can send you samples of our fabric and colour ranges free of charge. Simply go to our website at www.baha.com.au and order free samples of the products you are after.

I recently purchased a roller blind from BAHA. The blind arrived, however it was incorrect in that we had ordered the light filtering blind but we received the blackout version. I immediately went online and made a request for the blind to be exchanged. But that was on Wednesday and here on Monday I have not received any response. The contact number from the invoice is 'not currently available'. I would appreciate some contact from the company to resolve this issue. Order number 14240. Dave

Hello,
They got in contact with me about 2 weeks after I sent the request online. They then manufactured and delivered the replacement blind within 2 weeks.
