Do NOT touch these scam artists. They sign you up to s subscription without permission. Its near impossibloe to cancel and they keep charging. Very hard to contact them. Even when you do contact them, you get some 'canned' response dismissing your questions. Horrible company

The item stopped holding charge 8 months since I bought it and contacted them and they are very difficult to deal with and basically don’t want to replace it. Don’t buy it
Dodgy AF. Steer clear. No scruples. Impossible to contact. They say to refer to the subscription tab but there isn’t one. There contact email bounces back. Just a nightmare experience. Avoid at all costs.
Beware of dodgy practice when buying replacement blades. Bought 2 years ago and have had no problems with the Shaver. When I bought new blades in January I did not select 6 week subscription which was “Recommended” with no other selection options for me to select. Now I have had my first subscription payment get processed with no response from my email to cancel. Do not trust this site.
SCAM! – I did not sign up for a subscription & the cheeky buggers are now taking $$$ out of my account every 6 weeks without my consent! I have tried to cancel subscription but when I log in there is no facility to cancel. Bloody scammers! I now have no choice but to cancel my credit card to get these monkeys off my back!
Poor service and communication – Shaver died within the warranty period. Service department gives poor responses and no telephone number listed to contact them.
Terrible customer support – Canceled my subscription for new blades after they charged me then proceeded to charge me again. Haven’t received any blades or a refund and won’t reply to emails
Bad wouldn’t recommend – Sent to the wrong address, wrote to them the day of and didn’t receive a reply until it was way to late. No refund or alternative.
Undelivered after 3 months – I paid on Feb 12th and over 3 months later still no product. They say it was returned as undeliverable and now want me to pay another $14 to deliver it. I have PayPal protection so ill get my money back avoid this scum.
Be aware! – Shaver delivered ok. Worked well until I had to re-charge it. Then it stopped. I couldn’t find a phone number to contact, and all emails bounced back. Despite cancelling my subscription I continue to receive replacement heads and am charged. Messenger told me to return my broken one at my expense to Victoria. Address seems to be a residential unit. Now, I’m not getting any messages at all. Time to report them!
Ghosted After sending faulty item back!! Don't buy it!! – Bought Baldcut for my husband in December 2023 for his birthday, waited a month to receive. to their warehouse in Mildura, VIC under a different name, and they will get back to me within 7 days. So I paid the extra fee to return the item to their warehouse, it's now 14days since the item has been returned and no response from Malik or anyone in regards to the refund. I will be reporting this company to Consumer Affairs as I am not the only one dealing with these scammers. It is such as shame my husband loved this item and it seems like a great product, but not a great experience from the start for us, should have seen the red flags waving at me but anyways. Don't waste your time or money.

NO REFUND NO APOLOGY – Update on my return/refund, final email from baldcut stating their UK office/warehouse has closed down so they can't find my order or return so no refund. Funny I returned my faulty shaver to the address they gave me in Australia. ANYONE READING THIS DO NOT BUY SPEND MORE ON A SKULLSHAVER LIKE I DID THEY'RE FAR SUPERIOR ....
Terrible company – Do not buy from this company. NO customer service. I had a faulty razor and they didn’t want to know. Once they have your money they just don’t respond.
Just [Content Removed] – If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Underpowered, doesn't hold charge, doesn't cut properly. If I wanted an easier way to shave my head, I'd use a razor.

Total scam – Product did not work as advertised, was very poor quality. Returned for refund weeks ago with no reply. They clearly false advertise and try to get out of actually honouring the returns. Avoid.

in delivery times so they should be transparent about this • I ended up having to send a lot of emails and chasing their customer support looking for an update • It took months to get resolution and refund – their communication was poor through out I have to say overall how disappointing it is dealing with this company and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them. Go to a more professional reputable company!

Worst shaver ever – This shaver does not cut hair as it stated. It pulls the hair and doesn't cut. I contacted the baldcut team and they took weeks to respond and gave us ideas to try. We tried those ideas with the same results. I sent the item back, asking for a refund and they stated that the warehouse would organise it. This has been going on for 2 months now and still no refund. Their page states refunds are processed within 7-10 days.
