the worst company in the world for honouring any agreement
I have purchased a bambillo bed and on washing mattress topper following care instructions, the mattress topper fell apart. This company should be put out of business, i have been trying to gett someone to talk with me for over 3 years, I eventually purchased another bed for less than half the price, the service is disgusting, i am in the proceeds of lodging a court case against these whatever a I can call them. I was told by 2 different salespeople if i purchased another product over $3000.00 they would replace the mattress topper. The bed has caused severe damage to my back.
30 Day "Risk free trial" could cost you $2,000 or more - unethical business practices of TV Shop - USE EXTREME CAUTION
I phoned TV Shop a.k.a. Brand Developer ABN 70 115 139 565, to enquire about the Bambilo split king massage bed. The call lasted about 45 minutes for a 30 day "risk free trial" of the bed. The "risk free trial" is even itemised on the invoice.
What they failed to state clearly on the call was that this $9,812.95AUD bed actually had a $994 shipping and handling cost, and that returning the bed after the trial would likely cost approximately another $1,000 to get it back to Victoria from New South Wales.
So the "risk free" component will actua...lly cost you almost $2,000 to evaluate the bed if you decide to return the product. Not to mention the extra hassle you'll have for disputing the purchase with NSW Fair Trading. In terms of the products stated inferred "best sleep you'll ever have", it is not suitable for people with obstructive sleep apnea and possibly other conditions, that cannot sleep on their back. If, like me, you have to sleep on your side, then having the bed in any position other than flat, will likely lead to you have an aching back in the morning from the alignment of your spine. The bed is too firm for my liking and the Zero Gravity feature, that is a big selling point for the product, worsens my sleep apnea. Therefore, it is completely unsuitable for my needs, but do not expect any sympathy from TV Shop Customer Service representatives on this.

30 Day Trial is Very Expensive
I thought the bed would assist my wife in getting in and out of bed since her stroke some 3 years ago. Little did I realise that after a 40 minute phone call with the TV Shop rep, who kept promising me this and promising me that, that the trial might cost me $3,000.00.
We didn't like the beds from the first night, the memory foam mattresses never really allowed us to get to sleep and we had different grades of density, mine was Firm, the other was soft. It was more like sleeping on, not sleeping in bed. The massage function was described as 32...different functions but it is really only 8 functions with 4 power levels. The original price was $12,999 and I said, No Way! and was asked what price I thought was more acceptable, I said, Oh about 6 or 7 grand and then surprise, surprise, the sales rep said they had one just back from being in a demonstration advertisement and I could have that one for 9 grand, I said, OK. Anyway, I called them 2 days later explaining that we did not want to continue with the trial. At that point I was told that I had agreed to a $1,049.00 non refundable deposit! I said, Hang On, I would not have done that so I asked for a copy of the phone call. A few days later I received a call advising that Yes, I had agreed to the deposit and again I asked for a copy of the call. The operator then said she would send me a waiver form and when I signed and returned that waiver form, I would be given access to the recording. What??? Why would I sign a waiver? Anyway, I asked for them to arrange collection of the beds and a few days later I was told that the quote for collection would be $1,800.00.!!!!! So, 3 grand for a trial! No way. So I am fighting this and will bring all the deceptive practices into the open even if I have to take them to court. Rod

Better bed available elsewhere
Rang and asked price good thing I was sitting 12,000 for king split reduced to 9000 as a special, purchased from Kogans same base with better mattress for under 5000 have since declining offer from TV Shop numerous nuiscance calls not a happy camper
Purchase and delivery went smoothly. Very pleased with the comfort and functioning of the bed. It has helped my partner who had double knee replacement surgery and was only able to sleep on a recliner chair until it arrived. I have found it invaluable during my recovery following unexpected abdominal surgery. Didn't like the white sheets, although good quality, have since purchased custom made sheets locally in a much more sensible colour. Wouldn't like to be without the bed now.

Waste of money
The purchase itself was very easy, the delivery people put it together - so that was good. The bed itself: the mattress keeps on slipping off base. The two beds keep on moving away from one another - unless you get straps from bunnings and strap them together. The "massage"... well, initially it felt as if it was like a pulsating massage up and down the spine and legs. Now it is just a noisy vibration that drives me insane. I honestly could have bought a way better bed for less than a quarter of the price.

Third bed we've purchased in our time....
Easy hassle free purchase, with great delivery and set up service...
It is not a massage bed, vibration only, otherwise comfy. Don't love the pillows at all...
Overall, sadly, not good value for money....

The beds are amazing & do not make any noise except the massage as it is on a timber floor. The zero gravity is perfect & the warmth on the cool nights is very enjoyable. Overall we are very satisfied with the product.

Too expensive for just a vibrating bed
While the purchase was very easy and the people who delivered it was great, the bed itself is a very expensive mattress with a vibrating base. You can buy a similar thing for under Two thousand dollars. All you are getting is a base that electrically vibrates. Not worth it.

Great bed but the massage is not good
The bed is comfy but the massage feature is little more that a vibration which is noisy
The bed needs something to ensure the two side by side beds stay close together. We used straps purchased from Bunnings.

Unforseen problems I have had with the bed and with the (after sales service)
The first problem I had with the king single bed was that there were no side bars with the bed to stop the mattress sliding off the edge of the bed whenever I had to get out of bed; as I have serious problems getting out of the bed this was a potential danger. When I contacted them they did agree to give me a $100 dollar discount on the bed , because they said that due to customer comments they had removed the side bars on the king single bed even though they had them on all the other beds in the range. this was much appreciated by me and I pu...rchased a non -slip rubber sheet to put under the mattress which has help considerably( although at a considerable additional cost.) The second problem with the bed was that I decided to order a spare remote in case the one with the bed became unusable in the future , They sent me a remote but it was the wrong one for my bed. I sent them a photo of the 2 remotes explaining which one I needed, they apologised and sent me a 2nd remote which was the same as the first spare they had sent me!! I then phoned and emailed them and they explained it was a picking error so they would send me a third one, which I am still waiting for - hopefully it will arrive soon and should be the correct one for my bed. As for the function of the adjustable massage bed I must give them full credit it is comfortable it is great to have the massage facility as I have severe osteo-arthritis and I am currently waiting for a hip replacement All in all I have to say my bed was worth the money I paid for it I just wish the after sales service was up to the same standard

Zero Gravity Brilliant! Massage ok
We bought the bed because I have severe spinal problems. Zero gravity has made a huge amount of difference and I don't wake in pain every 2 hours now. I can sleep through the night. Massage is truly just a vibration but nevertheless is soothing but noisy until you get used to it. We paid for delivery and instal thankfully as the bd is very heavy. Trying to work out how we can ever go on holidays again though as I don't want to leave my bed behind!
Purchased at Bambillo for $7,000.00.
not worth the price
for $7000.00 i did expect better from the massage its harsh there is 3 settings and even on the lowest it vibrates it is not a real massage there is two massage motors the one at the shoulders vibrates our heads so much we will not use either, they are way to rough
Purchased in January 2020 for $6,995.00.
The bed doesn't massage properly. The bottom half of the massage seems to go all the way up to my head & is very weak. The top end is starting to go the same way as the bottom haf
