It was a genuine pleasure dealing with Banana Home. I live in WA though I needed a new sofa for my apartment in Melbourne. I thought that arranging this from the other side of the country would make it difficult, though the company were so helpful in making the arrangements. Once I realised the original couch was too small for my apartment, it was seamless to arrange an exchange, pick up and swap for the larger one. The quality is great and a special thank you to Krish for your help. Rare to find such service.

I was looking to buy a new couch during covid but struggling as every where was closed. I took a chance with banana home and purchased the Ryder 6 seat with storage Ottoman in storm. We were also building our house and had some delays. However the team at banana home were so accommodating and flexible with holding the item and delivery. Once we received the couch it was so easy to assemble and beautiful. It's super comfy and easy to clean when the kids make a mess. I could not recommend this company enough. it arrived on time as promised and the support during purchasing and delivery was great, responsive, knowledgeable, and fast.

The lounge itself is just amazing, and I absolutely love it. I have two young children and they are in love with it too.

I got it on the mid Grey which is the grey Gum as everything in my room is dark so we thought we could lighten it up.

I thought I had made a mistake because my kids would get it dirty so quickly but I was wrong the fabric is very easy to clean and the covers are also removable and washable.

After ordering 2 couches and an ottoman on 10/8/2020, I was told half my order would arrive within a couple of weeks. It did. However, I was told the second couch would arrive within 10 weeks. I was fine with that. Week after week I was updated with time frames. However, after waiting 18 weeks, I was finally told I would still need to wait another 2 weeks. Absolutely no compensation was offered. Only constantly being told that it was covid problems!

It seems like people come to review sites to talk about bad experiences, so I just wanted to chime in about my positive experience as its amazing to find a new company that has just delivered the most beautiful sofa I have ever owned.

We waited just over 2 months from placing our order to getting our custom sofa delivered, but it was well worth the wait.

It took 19 days from the time Banana Home said our order shipped to the time we received it, which was a little frustrating, but not a dealbreaker.

After reading some great reviews I decided to take a chance on Banana home and purchase the 6-seater Preston lounge. It was the cheapest 6-seater I could find, however for the level of service I wish I’d spent more money elsewhere. It was me having to chase up ETAs on the lounge. Huge and comfortable. The couch arrived this morning so I will update this if there is any issues. it's big and oversized, perfect for what we want, the feather seat is very comfortable. Fabric is soft and seems durable, it's like I thick linen. Quality is great and delivery was no issue. It arrived a few days earlier. The framework is solid which is important as I am 110 kilos, it's a very good couch and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Easy to vacuum underneath as it is on legs.
