It was a genuine pleasure dealing with Banana Home. I live in WA though I needed a new sofa for my apartment in Melbourne. Once I realised the original couch was too small for my apartment, it was seamless to arrange an exchange, pick up and swap for the larger one. I was looking to buy a new couch during covid but struggling as every where was closed. I took a chance with banana home and purchased the Ryder 6 seat with storage Ottoman in storm. We were also building our house and had some delays. However the team at banana home were so accommodating and flexible with holding the item and delivery. Once we received the couch it was so easy to assemble and beautiful. It's super comfy and easy to clean when the kids make a mess. I could not recommend this company enough. Our Ryder sofa is fabulous. It Is well-made and comfortable. Mid grey is perfect and the seats are firm which is great for bad backs. It came packaged well and was manoeuvered by one man only. You have to put the feet on yourselves which is sometimes a bit tricky but ok. Cant wait for my next sofa that I have ordered to come. This sofa can fit 8 people. The price was amazing for the quality and worth the 10 week wait to be personally made. Many thanks

Today we received our KLOUD (Cloud) 3Pcs + Ottoman after placing an order in October 2020.

it arrived on time as promised and the support during purchasing and delivery was great, responsive, knowledgeable, and fast.

The lounge itself is just amazing, and I absolutely love it. I have two young children and they are in love with it too.

I got it on the mid Grey which is the grey Gum as everything in my room is dark so we thought we could lighten it up.

I thought I had made a mistake because my kids would get it dirty so quickly but I was wrong the fabric is very easy to clean and the covers are also removable and washable.

My beautiful 6 seater chaise lounge arrived before Christmas as promised. The delivery driver was fantastic helping my husband carry the lounge in. I told my family about this incredible service & they were so happy they ordered one too!!

I received a 3 seater it took a little bit of time to get here but it is so good, amazing leather. Very happy with the product. So easy to assemble and not to heavy to move into a spot in the house. The product is very good it will last forever. Buying the 2 seater next.

It seems like people come to review sites to talk about bad experiences, so I just wanted to chime in about my positive experience as its amazing to find a new company that has just delivered the most beautiful sofa I have ever owned.

We waited just over 2 months from placing our order to getting our custom sofa delivered, but it was well worth the wait.

It took 19 days from the time Banana Home said our order shipped to the time we received it, which was a little frustrating, but not a dealbreaker.

Huge and comfortable. The couch arrived this morning so I will update this if there is any issues. it's big and oversized, perfect for what we want, the feather seat is very comfortable. Fabric is soft and seems durable, it's like I thick linen. Quality is great and delivery was no issue. It arrived a few days earlier. The framework is solid which is important as I am 110 kilos, it's a very good couch and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Easy to vacuum underneath as it is on legs.
