one of the LED lights that i received is got a default, how do i return it for exchange?

Try contacting them through their website. They have a special complaints section in there that helps. Reckon the odds are they will just replace it without a return. In the form, they ask for a photo, complete everything they ask and I don't think you will have a problem. Best of luck.

When will you finally ship my Order# 78715708 ? I ordered it Dec.25 8:54 and now it is already 12 days with a status 'Processing'. Contacted customer service x times, 3 times they promised it will be shipped within 24-48 hours, and then again that ignorant question if I want it, multiple times replied to them YES I want it shipped and still nothing!!!

I ordered an Item and tracking shows it has been delivered incorrectly to an address in another state (Tamworth - I live in Perth). I contacted Banggood and their response said keep waiting up to 60 days as the deliveries can be delayed. Is there any hope of resolving this or should I just get PayPal to refund my money?

I ordered some items from Banggood on 5th January 2019, it said expected delivery 13th January. I received and email on the 14th January stated that one of my item is out of stock and they need my respond within 24 hours regarding the out of stock item which when I click the respond button, it went straight to an error page. I tried to submit an enquiry online but I got an undelivered mail notice. Tried the online chat, 2 hairs waiting still in the queue. Has anyone have any idea on how I should contact them?
