While I no longer do banking with them, their personal loans were easy, good rates and recommended to anyone wanting a hassle free loan.
Easy to deal with. Each branch manager is an owner/manager so they have a vested interest in looking after you. I didn't do any other banking through BOQ other than have a personal loan with them and I paid it out early with almost no additional charge. They don't harass you for other products or try and upsell you to anything else
Nothing really. I suppose their internet banking is fairly basic but I didn't need to use it anyway. Very little communication from them at all which sometimes left me wondering if they still knew I was alive LOL
