Excellent service from an Australian internet company

published

My first contact with Barefoot was last Sunday. I phoned on Monday, to take up the best deal that I had been offered, by an NBN provider. Also, it made it so very easy, speaking with an Australian. Before we had even concluded the transaction, I had received 2 emails from Barefoot with easy to understand information. This experience has been ongoing. The emails are regular and informative. The modem and SIM were delivered on Friday and easy to install. The connection is fast and reliable. The 3 staff with whom I've spoken are very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My tech guy had advised that he'd heard only good things about Barefoot and I'm so grateful that I've signed up with Barefoot.

Amazing Business Model

published

Imagine being an Australian company, with Australian service agents, who live in Australia and are the most helpful normal people who you can have a laugh with! Because they're not reading off some ridiculous list that works for nobody, ever. What an amazing business concept! Always a pleasure to deal with, and the internet is great. Any issues and they'll call you back. Mindblowing. I know. Do yourself a favour. I've just signed up with my mobile also, and expect it will be a seamless experience.

Great service

Always helpful if any tech difficulties and no long wait times when calling - often straight through to speak to someone.
Speeds as you would expect for this package - good value. Upgrade if you need fast UPloads. Downloads at standard speed.

My thanks to them

I've been with Barefoot for over a year with my ADSL2. Finally NBN has been connected to my house.
Being 90 years old I wasn't looking forward to having to go through the process of setting up the modem.
Barefoot Technician Tony guided me through the process and had had lots of patience. My download speeds are up to four times faster over 11 mbps out of 12 mbps purchased.
An Australian company that's a pleasure to deal with.

Exceptional service and follow through

As a complete tech idiot, Barefoot took me step by step through modem setup that I bought off gumtree - patient, funny and two hours later I was set up and no problems ever !!

heaps better than my previous providers

published

since NBN no drop-outs and no issues. Prior to NBN heaps of dropouts. However dealing with Barefoot native english tech support was a pleasure and after a few "dropout tutorials" I was able to deal with drop outs without support.

The worst company I have ever dealt with Bar none.

published

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Even the managers don’t call back when they promise to. New connection, now at end of second week and nothing. Blame everybody else but themselves. Spend more time blaming people than trying to resolve the issue. Their staff and management talk to you as if you are idiots. Rude, talk over you constantly and call you MATE all the time. AUSTRALIAs broadband connectivity and the whole industry is a joke. Every time I’m out with friends I hear another NBN anas provider joke. How do you spend this much money and still not get it right.

Hmm, Do I really think this will help my case ? Amazing the quickest response I have had so far in two weeks is when you start going to social media and review sites.
