Great value for money and amazing customer service!

I am with barefoot since 2018, first with ADSL now with NBN sinse 2019. Never had any bigger issues ( nothing more than expected at least) till recently when internet started dropping down after nbn outage in the area. I send an email with question about it and the issue got resolved the same evening! Very quick, professional and polite. I am very happy with their servis and can highly recommend! Thank you!

I've used Barefoot for over two months now, including cancelling the service at my old address and moving it to my new place, thanks to their excellent customer service the internet was up and running at my new apartment the day after I moved in. Fast and reliable, highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff for the initial setup. Unlike my very bad "weekly NBN unavailable" experience with a big telecom in the past, I am now so happy with BareFoot Telecom. The NBN is fast, reliable. Simple, no hiccup! Love BareFoot Telecom.

I have been with Barefoot for a few years now, and I frequently recommend them to friends and co-workers. I have virtually no drop-outs, and when the service is undergoing maintenance they always send a text to let me know. Even when I needed help setting up the modem the person on the phone was patient and helpful. Great company.

Excellent service from an Australian internet company

My first contact with Barefoot was last Sunday. I phoned on Monday, to take up the best deal that I had been offered, by an NBN provider. Also, it made it so very easy, speaking with an Australian. Before we had even concluded the transaction, I had received 2 emails from Barefoot with easy to understand information. This experience has been ongoing. The emails are regular and informative. The modem and SIM were delivered on Friday and easy to install. The connection is fast and reliable. The 3 staff with whom I've spoken are very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My tech guy had advised that he'd heard only good things about Barefoot and I'm so grateful that I've signed up with Barefoot.

Amazing customer service

To start with, it took only a few hours from the time i called to create an account to the time that i got an email saying my nbn was ready.
So we got this account today and my partner and i was trying to set it up, but we were having issues with it. So we called Barefoot and we spoke to Tony for a while which was taking us through lots of different steps in order to understand what was wrong. To sum it up, he solved our problem and we just wanted to thank him for such a good customer service experience. My partner was impressed with it as he had an account with iinet previously and were always unhappy with their service. Congratulations on this excellent service and keep up with it. Our special “thank you” to Tony!

Experiencing approx 4 dropouts/downtime per year due to local power cuts. Sometimes the nbn box self-recovers, sometimes it needs to be power cycled (by me) and sometimes barefoot needs to action.

Very happy with Barefoot.
- they organised everything required with NBN Co to get us operational, kept us informed the entire time.
- service has been fantastic, no issues with drop outs or slow connections. 4 devices and we can still run Netflix

My connection is always reliable. Only once speed slowed down (probably NBN problem) but after an email, 15 minutes and and a modem and NBN box reboot the speed was back to normal.
Barefoot's customer service is excellent: friendly, prompt and efficient.

Chalk and cheese compared to their providers when connecting using your own modem. From sign up to activation was 24hrs. Needed to call for technical help setting because we were using our own modem but it was walked through and up and running within 5min. A hidden gem within the telco industry. Australian owned and operated, get behind Barefoot Telco.

I have had absolutely NO issues with my wifi in the 6 months since I signed up. No drop outs, no buffering, nothing. The customer service is outstanding, always the nicest people that have your issue solved in minutes. I emailed tonight at 9pm and had a reply by 9:15pm. Fantastic all round.

Good service, great value - would recommend

Extremely easy to get set up, if there are ever any issues I have had no problems dealing with their contact centre over the phone.
Reliable NBN connection, speeds are fine.
I use the NBN50/20Mobile bundle.
The only two things I wish they provided was an app to track usage & make payments and a voicemail to MMS service.

Overall a great service for the price.

The speed of my internet is amazing but it was the speed from signing up with Barefoot to the arrival of the equipment and then authentication was amazing. Support was there when I needed it to confirm a step or two.

Amazing Business Model

Imagine being an Australian company, with Australian service agents, who live in Australia and are the most helpful normal people who you can have a laugh with! Because they're not reading off some ridiculous list that works for nobody, ever. What an amazing business concept! Always a pleasure to deal with, and the internet is great. Any issues and they'll call you back. Mindblowing. I know. Do yourself a favour. I've just signed up with my mobile also, and expect it will be a seamless experience.

Before we order your service we would process the modem fee ($149) upfront.

We can confirm that your bill cycle does not commence until your service is active. We utilise anniversary billing, so your bill cycle is the date that your service is activated.

Your first month would be $69.00 in this case.
