Kept cancelling and rebooking scheduled appointments
Disgusting customer service. Booked 5 weeks prior, had it cancelled twice, once was rescheduled the day prior after we had organised time off work etc.......we were told via email as supposedly the phone number we left did not work, this is despite them calling us on the very same number previously. When we emailed to say just forget it, we'll go elsewhere all we got was sorry for inconvenience. Not good enough Bathroomwerx......ill leave you with an old adage; "a happy customer may tell one person, but an unhappy customer will share it with MANY". Congratulations Bathroomwerx on your outstanding approach to customer service. Disgraceful and disrespectful treatment of potential customers.

Would NOT recommend to anyone!!
We had our bathroom re-sprayed not even 2 years ago, in that time frame have had to contact bathroom werx 3 times to come out and fix issues. We were told there would be 3 layers sprayed and it would take 2 days to get the job done. However, it was only sprayed once and the guy only spent half a day in there and said it was all finished so he didn't need to come back the next day. Within days we noticed bubbling in the bathtub and sink, had to wait weeks for someone to come out and have a look and then again another several weeks for them to re...pair it. They've been out 3 times and each time we need them back to fix things. Not worth your time or money!! Every time they come, nothing gets fixed, just more issues appear. We had them out a couple weeks ago and have noticed peeling again, called up today and we have to wait 4 weeks for something to just come have a look at it - who knows how long we'll wait for It to get fixed again!! Really not worth the hassle.
Long waiting time for quote then they cancelled day before.
I booked in for a quote to have our bathrooms resurfaced, bathroom werx made an appointment It was for in 3 weeks time a week prior to appointment we rang to check if they were coming they stated 'yes they would be and someone would ring the day before to make a time with us'. Well they rang the day before to state oh I'm sorry we don't service that area. What a waste of time not very professional would not recommend, think twice before ringing for a quote.
Blocked drain uneven grouting rude customer service
I now have a massive plumbing issue at hand and they grouting have my bathroom a different colour to rest then went through a lot of hassle for them to fix it but rework was a disaster causing me plunging issues. Better use smaller 1 man company this company is a total disaster.
Excellent work and great service!
The service I received starting with the salesperson quoting all the way through to the complete end was a dream. The technicians are service oriented and a pleasure to have in the house. Communications were excellent even though they are so booked up, but all good trades are. All the staff were very pleasant and helped wherever they could. I received many compliments on my bathroom with some not even realising it was resurfaced and not retiled. Great job! I have absolutely no hesitation to recommending Bathroom Werx to my family, friends and the public.
Making it difficult to even get a quote!
I am currently looking to renovate three bathrooms and called the 1800 number to book an appointment for a quote in Sydney. Spoke to the 'regional manager'. First of all, they cannot send someone for over four weeks. Others I called jumped at the opportunity given there are three bathrooms. Secondly they cannot give a time on the day so you have to wait for them for half a day to get a quote. I decided to call others. If it is such a hassle getting a quote what is going to happen once you book in the work? Quite a few reviews here reflect the s...ame attitude before and after work. My suggestion to whoever owns/profiting from this business is to relook at your customer service and the quoting process unless you are already doing extremely well and don't care about customers and prospects...
Asked for a quote. Guy cancelled then we had to chase him again to come and give uss a quote. Never called when he said. Had to chase several times for quote result. He lost his notes then when we got the quote it was wrong . Then when we FINALLY got our quote I thought it was very expensive for what we wanted. Very poor service and follow up
Good alternative to retiling
We chose to re-spray our showers as the tiles had hairline cracks after 30 yrs rather than retiling. Main reason was cost and time savings. B.W. did the work in 2 full days. The man doing the job had a technical issue with his equipment but stayed behind late to finish it on the second day. Showers looked brand new :) The job wasn't perfect but was done to a very high quality.
Dreadful customer service
Booked a job months ago for an 8am start on a day when my family would be out of town so bathroom being out of commission would be ok. First the company tried to move our booking to a later start (in fact they just rang up a few days before and said "we have you booked for 9.30" I had to repeat that we need to get to work and would require an early start). Then on the day the workman was a no-show. After an hour we rang the office and found out he had "called in sick" and couldn't come out. I wouldn't have been so upset, because people do get s...ick, except that no-one told me, so I waited around for an hour with no information. No one at the office seemed sorry, they didn't apologise, offer to find someone else or rebook it. The whole job was just cancelled an hour after it was supposed to start.
I read they do 3 coats 15mins between each coat, so I got them out.
The guy we got did only one coat and stayed in the bathroom for the rest of the time and now because it was only one coat it has chip and looks terrible. Why would you do this Bathwerx, you don't do a professional job frim the begining and you don't do right thing by your customers.
I'd like the two 2 coats I paid for.
Three cancellations to fix a problem
We were initially very happy with the job as our bathroom looks great but only a few months on and we have found peeling on some tiles. We have rung and three times the company was booked to come out to fix the problem. They have not showed up once. Appalling follow up service. Very unhappy. Will not be recommending them to anyone.
Shocking, shoddy, terrible
Had our Bathroom resurfaced in 2008, had to have remedial works done many many times over a period of some seven years. After the last repair we were told all will be good, less than 12 months later coating was peeling again the same as it had on all other occasions. Finally we have renovated the whole area due to being so disappointed with the process and the arrogant attitude of Management
Don't waste your money
The person who came out to give me a quote promised the world. He even scratched his sample to show how hardy the product was. I didn't take the offer up straight away as I wasn't convinced but the company kept sending out letters with discount attached so I finally took them up on their offer. Work was completed in a timely manner and the technician was lovely but that's where it ends. It was only on completion that they give you care instructions and you then realize how sensitive the product is. You have to baby it which is not what you need...for a family bathroom. It will work for the short term if you are selling and want your bathroom looking good otherwise don't waste your money. You will be left with peeling, cracking, chipping and mould which can't be cleaned. Save up and start from scratch. In my case it was an expensive trial and I completely regret doing it.
