so bad – no customer service, everything is delayed, dispatch sent out order missing what we actually paid express to get, no refund on shipping , just terrible "business" operation...

Order Never delivered - took my money – Bathroomware House have taken my money on 23.2.21 and since closed my online account and will not respond to any of my emails to say where is my order is or where my account has gone or offer delivery of a similar product they have online or a refund. I don't know what is up with the simultaneous closure of the Crowsnest shopfront, fire sale and online only presence - but feels totally fishy. Off to Fair Trading now. Watch out users.

Problem was sorted out – I purchased a toilet with Bathroom Warehouse which was faulty. After several attempts by the supplier to repair it and many emails later I was finally fully refunded by Bathroom Warehouse.

Terrible Service – Don't answer the phone, long delays with delivery, don't answer emails. Hopeless. Don't buy from them. Very bad customer service, avoid them - don't waste your time or money. Refuse to process a refund over the phone, even though I had not received the product.

Appalling, deceptive, thieves – I purchased a toilet package with in wall cistern. $800 When it arrived, there was no cistern, (in wall). Contacted them and stated my issue. They then said the cistern was not part of the package. I got onto their website and sure enough the cistern was in the package. I rang again and had it out with them, with no success. and called again the next day wanting to speak to a manager, also with no success. I also went back onto their website to take a photo and send to consumer affairs or relevant body, and they had changed their website. I was very disappointed as the so called package cost me $800. But now I needed a in wall cistern at an extra cost of $700. And they sent the wrong seat as well, and expected me to send the seat back when new seat arrived. I don’t think so. Costly, inflexible and inconvenient – I was attracted to Bathroomware House by the claims of lower costs as their retail model supposedly cut out the middle person i.e. one orders through the BH website and supplier provides items. purchaser pays the return freight ... and new item freight ... plus a restocking fee to the supplier ... and no certainty as to receiving a refund. Extract from their site: "If a discretionary refund is approved outside the above mentioned circumstances, a Restocking Fee of 25% of the current value of the goods may be charged to the client." What the? Lesson learnt - won't use this lot again. Buyers beware.

Challenge returning item Tried to process a return online. No acknowledgment online that return has been accepted for processing - very confusing. The site mentions that they'll get back to me in 5 days! The business model does not seem customer friendly. Can't recommend BH as a supplier.
