Great little pruning saw, not fast but does the job.
BUT! I have 4 other Baumr 20v lithium tools and this saw battery is different so not interchangeable with the other tools.
With only 1.5amp charge it doesn't run for long enough before needing charge.
pointless waste of space
Brought this off ebay with the hope of cutting some termite infested hollow logs from fallen trees (no more than 20cm in diameter or 2.5cm in wood thickness) but this "thing" i cant even describe as a chainsaw is dismal, we actually pulled some brittle banksia bark off from around a log (as its firm structured yet easy to break) and this chainsaw cant even cut through that. i wasnt expecting much from a battery operated chainsaw but atleast thought it would be sufficient for some hollow branches. It took 5 minutes of use to make a 0.5cm indentation into a hollow log. The instructions say to wear gloves when handling the chain as its sharp?... i have soft delicate lady skin and handling the chain was like handling a bike chain - not sharp at all. Most tools that arnt powerful or what you expect end up having other uses and are good to keep around...bad thing with this item is there is no other use, if it cant cut or prune then what other use does it have? I would return it but would probably lose alot of the money in returning via postage. I want to sell it but im to embarrassed to sell it as i know it doesnt work for anything, and i think the manufacturer should be ashamed to be selling such an inferior product. Majority of the information provided on the listing on ebay is FALSE,
