Disappointing Returns Policy and Customer Service
A long-time customer trying to support my local Victorian business, but never received a response when I contacted them about being unsatisfied with my last purchase. The EVO Cassius Clay is the most disgusting hair product I have ever tried. It smells like my uncle's horrible aftershave, doesn't comb through and has a greasy finish. Read moretisfaction. Normally, I don't complain, but this product was that bad. Would have been happy to have a chat about it but I never received a response. All I asked for was a refund in the form of store credit so I could still support the business. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and have already placed some orders through eBay sellers that have even better prices and free shipping too. Also, they always contact you to leave reviews for a prize. No wonder all of the products have "stellar" ratings when really most of them are mediocre at best. Not a fan of that. UPDATE: Since posting this B&B reached out and took action in the form of a full refund which I thought was commendable, so have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Thanks B&B- Product Quality

Free delivery and wide range of products
A really wide range of grooming products for men and some for women. I received a slightly different product to what I ordered but customer service was helpful and resolved it quickly. Free delivery is offered as well.

Hi,
1st order:
I ordered a Parker 92r wet shaver. I choose regular postage; I live in Darwin and things take there time to get here so I wasn't too concerned.
I waited a reasonable amount of time. I got worried that I couldn't go unshaven for too long (I was saving up a good growth to try out the new shaver.)
Emailed customer support, they got back to me in a couple of hours (outside of normal business hours btw) and it turns out the shaver was sitting at my local post office. Australia Post decided not to inform me.
- I emailed customer support and asked about a shaver with a bit more length. They got back to me within about an hour with a recommendation.
