terrible dented lights scratched and paint peeling off - took forever to come - so no good to use - stay away please

My product was to small and bad quality. They refused my refund and refused an exchange. They offered 5% refund. Seriously ridiculous.

Was charged $70 AUD for express shipping and one month later still not delivered and no tracking info in the system.

One star is generous, would put zero if I could. Refusing to return item I bought. The trousers didn’t even have a button hole. I bought from eBay the second I received product, all of my buying information disappeared. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered garden light stalks 28 November same day with another company received the other order in 1 week . I keep looking at the tracking to see where my order is it keeps showing in transit OmG after nearly 4 weeks !!!! I wish I read these reviews earlier would not have ordered from these guys.

I ordered pendant light n spent $500 .. what was delivered was not even wortgmh $100. Parts missing, poorly packed, low quality and no instuctions.. its useless for me as i cant find the missing parts from any hardware shop even.
Please so not waste your money here!!!
And yes 1 more thing.. they have no contact number... no costumer service either.

I had ordered some lights from the website. They came from China & one was damaged when it arrived. It took months to get a replacement shade.
Then when I had the Electrician come to install, he said they were of poor quality & would not feel comfortable installing them. When he went to install one, it blew the globes straight away.
I contacted Beautiful Halo for a refund & they offered a 5% refund. After tonnes of back & forward emails, they agreed to a 15% refund (which they still didn't pay in full).
Stay away. They look like they have good stuff, but just go to your local lighting supplier. They are tapped into many quality brands which have warranty.
Beautiful Halo is a bad company with questionable products.

Chandalier I purchased arrived .. nothing like the picture, crappy tinny quality and damaged. Should have read the reviews before I bought this piece of crap. Don't purchase from this fraudulent company. Too much trouble trying to get a refund from this company in china and they know it!

I was charged $158 for expedited shipping and most of my items have not arrived. My light fixture arrived damaged. I am very dissatisfied.

Ordered Chandelier and paid a huge amount. It is more than 2 months but still not received. The tracking site says 'Courier dispatch information approved' in Australia more than 2 weeks back but no delivery yet. Every time I send an email to support, they have the same answer to wait and multiple request for REFUND has no answer.
Sharing my bad experience and urge people not to trust this website at all for purchasing any product. I believe that they may be FRAUD as they have no control over their product delivery and shipment.

Ordered tee shirt Aug and still have not received it.
Have tried numerous times to get refund or another item no help.
Ordered through PayPal and they are not getting any results

Bought three lights to hang over breakfast bar . Took over 10 weeks to arrive . First light damaged due to poor packing . This light is also noticeably different to the two lights that later arrived . The lights hang from rope cords which are meant to be 1000mm long . They are 930mm , 970 mm and 990mm . They were extremely difficult to adjust as the rope had to be cut and then rebound . Also the copper cable was so thin it resembled hair . Do not buy from these thieves .

2 lamps arrived with unusable damaged shades told except 15% discount or I have to wear the freight to send back to China!
These people are just a bid SCAM!

I purchased a light for $650 from this company in April 2020. After weeks of running around and stalling tactics. I did receive the light. It does not comply with Australian (or possibly any) electrical standards. I have an electrical background and was told to wire 240VAC directly to DC LED wiring - which would have caused an electrical hazard. The light also shipped with missing parts and no instructions. After months going back and forth I have now (October 2020) received a reversal from PayPal. Stay clear of Beautiful Halo. Their lighting products are cheap and nasty and present an electrical hazard (try claiming insurance for any issue arising from the fitment of these lights). Worst buying experience EVER.

Ordered a dress and what I recieved looked nothing like the picture.
Cheap monstrosity. They should be ashamed. Multiple emails to get money back then tell me that the cost they will deduct for postage will be half of what I paid and then I have to pay for return. Unethical, money grabbing liars
