LONG DELAYED SHIPPING TIME
I have waited more than a month for my product, still waiting. I found it hard to get in contact with customer service from the website. Completely lack of communication, no updates on shipping delays. I found my experience with this online store frustrating and stressful. I will not be buying from them again. I am truly exhausted!!!!
The slowest shipping ever!
I wish I had seen all of these reviews before I placed my order. Now, to be fair they have a wide range of products at reasonable prices.
However, the shipping is ridiculous. I ordered products and they weren't shipped until 2 weeks after my order. It took another 2 weeks for the products to actually arrive.
If you're in no hurry to get what you ordered then it's fine. But I prefer to receive my order within the same month I've placed it.
Long wait time and inexistent customer service
More than 3 weeks for the shipment, they give per email a tracking number that tracks nothing. I wrote to the customer service and still have no answer. I felt insecure all the time that it was a fake web site or that my order was lost and no one from the company helped.
I have made several orders through this sight while never even satisfactory the last 2 orders have been downright awful. My previous order was rather delayed taking about 3 weeks to get here and when it did one of the trays (the darkest colour by the way) in my expensive palette was smashed leaving navy blue dust throughout the palette. I reached out to beauty bay and was offered 25% off thats fine im happy with that i guess.

It's a no from me
I regrettably took a huge gamble and ordered an eyeshadow palette and a lip product from beautybay in July with saver shipping - no tracking and delivery in 7-10 business days. Got dispatched straight away but I started getting emails about reviewing their eyeshadow palette even though I haven't received it yet which so sketchy.
After 2 of those emails I was curious about other people's experience and I should've read the reviews earlier. All the reviews about the snail speed delivery/no deliveries at all and horrible customer service honestly...made me lose hope on getting my products, especially with no tracking on the package. 20 business days later my package finally arrives with the eyeshadow being really pigminted for its price and my lip product is gorgeous. Their range and quality of products are pretty good but it's not worth it especially you will be waiting in uncertainty for the package to arrive or have it never show up. I don't recommend anyone ordering from here but if you do be prepared to wait a long time - for the package to arrive and, if it gets to it, the customer service team to respond.
Not Worth It
Still trying to work out if my order is just extremely delayed or not coming at all. The link to contact the customer service team leads to a blank page meaning I can’t even contact them regarding my order or ask for a refund (can anyone help me with this?).... they do have a great range of makeup that is being made accessible to countries like Australia, but totally disgusted by the reviews I’m reading. Not to mention it’s been over two weeks since I placed my order and still haven’t received it yet.
Never received items
I waited 5 weeks for my order to arrive and it never showed up. Upon contacting Beauty Bay they said it was lost in the post (even though it was sent express with tracking), really disappointing as I wasted over a month waiting. However they did refund me promptly within one day which is a small positive at least.
Thought I was getting a steal, now it looks like they’ve stolen from me
Terrible customer service, all I’ve received are automated responses, have not got through to a person yet. Also unhappy that I was not able to upgrade the shipping at time of purchase to a courier service so that I might get the parcel sooner.
Waste of money
My palette wasn't wrapped properly so no surprises when it arrived, it was all shattered. The delivery was fine and everything but the box was obviously smashed. But if the palette had been wrapped properly it still would have been fine. It had the thinnest bit of bubble wrap, loosely fitted and a bit of paper. Not very happy I won't even get to use it :(
Don't bother... Very slow delivery, customer service OK
After going into Mecca to buy my favourite eyelash serum, I was told every store was out of stock and same with the website. So I tried finding it online and only found it on Beauty Bay for a decent price and free shipping, which was only free because it's untracked. It obviously didn't arrive after 7-10 days, so I contacted customer service and luckily received a response the next day telling me to check with my post office to see if they were holding it for me (what..?) I didn't bother, because that makes zero sense. I then turned to this web...site and saw that a lot of other Australians were having the same problem. I contacted them again and they said they would only look into it until 15 days after it had been dispatched. They always responded to me within a day which was good, I guess I was lucky, but I was also polite. So I waited and contacted them again and she told me to print and fill out the lost orders claim form and send it back to them. I signed it and before sending I decided to call my local post office and asked if they were holding it for me (not that that's even a thing and Australia Post would obviously notify you if they were "holding" a parcel for you..) and she said that a parcel arrived for me today from overseas, so my item has arrived but it's been a MONTH. I don't recommend Beauty Bay and I won't be buying anything from their website again. Don't bother, consider buying your makeup from more reputable sources unless you want to wait months for it to arrive, or not at all. They're not scammers they're just dumb, useless and untrustworthy.
Horrible shipping and customer service
It took 3 weeks for my parcel to arrive not 7-9 days and customer service just kept saying they couldn’t help locate the parcel until it had been 15 days before they did anything which it had passed the 15 days and nothing was done.
Very poor and unorganized customer service.
I give 2 stars and not 1 just because sometimes I received the items I needed.
But when it comes to big days like Christmas, Easter, Black Friday - stay away from them.
I am one of those whose Christmas package was lost. Upon requesting to resend the items (I'm trying to order them second time), they responded that they issued a refund. They don't seem reading my messages and they completely ignored my following messages where I demanded from them a resent package. They messed up, twice, plus it's Christmas, they MUST make up to their mistake...

It used to be good but nowadays it is always out of stock for like forever, hope it’ll improve in the future

Order hasn't arrived I couldn't even track my item the number was invalid when in fact the email I received said my parcel was tracked. No emails from my post office which they usually send to keep you updated especially on the day it arrives they also send you an email once it has been delivered. None of this happened. Very dodgy would never recommend this company ever.
Really average customer service - no-show orders and broken palettes
I have now placed 3 separate orders on Beauty Bay:
First order: Never arrived. Have tried to locate my order on several occasions. The Beauty Bay customer service team simply told me to ask my local post office if they had it, as they were unable to track it. It's been 5 months and I still don't have this order.
Second order: I desperately wanted the ABH Modern Renaissance palette and Beauty Bay was the only website that had it in stock. I also purchased the ABH Glow Kit and some Ophra products. This time I paid extra for express shi...pping with a tracking number, and the order arrived in Australia in under a week. Unfortunately the order wasn't packed with bubble wrap or packing beads, so all the palettes were smashed. Third order: You'd think I would have learnt my lesson by this point, unfortunately for us Australians Beauty Bay is the only stockist that doesn't charge really high shipping fees for Morphe products. Anyway my order still hasn't shown up, and the tracking info I have been provided is invalid. They also have typos in their confirmation email. Seriously Beauty Bay.... Get it together! Anyway, I wouldn't recommend Beauty Bay. They're just too unreliable and the customer service is truly awful.
