I contacted a lady via facebook marketplace for Babelux playmat. Right from the beginning of my sales enquiry the lady responded in a completely unprofessional manner as if I was asking her a favor or something free. First she said its only online and when she realised i am not interested she then said i can collect it from her home. I wanted to ensure the quality when I purchase something for my little one. Price negotiation was also completely unprofessional as she changed the pricing couple of times she doesnt even know what pricing is liste...

Cheap quality. I could have paid $30 on wish. Had a chemical smell. It was thick but doesn't have the a soft texture like other mats. It felt like a hard foam not a soft memory foam I was expecting. Aldo had some dicolouration on one edge . I'm very disappointed

where do i start! Bebelux staff were helpful and prompt, they shipped my order the next day too! after i got the mat it exceeded my expectations as the mat is much cheaper than other ones out there but its the same quality! win win!
