Trust me do not purchase from here, check my review. And the review of a poster named Ryan and Darwinian..
I strongly recommend going to Certified Tech Direct. There should be a link in the top right corner of this page...
But to answer your question in relation to their "proposed" processes, they don't provide receipts or invoices. They keep all activity of your account online for you to access. So you can not take it to anyone else but them. You have to send it to them. And hope they will return it...
They run fully and completely from Hong Kong, a province of China. Not Japan, China....

Yes, it will work in AU.
Why aren't Becextech doing any thing about my lost purchase? It has been acknowledged by Ratna that Australia post has advised you of such, but your company refuse to give me back any refund or even the lost item. Why do you act like this? Do you support the process called "stealing"? Is Becextech organised with a delivery driver with a set up scam like this?
I want to buy a iPhone 8 Plus but am sceptical because I don't want to pay the money and end up with a phone that isn't up to standards. If I can be proved that it will be okay to order off this site then I will happily buy.

You have every right to be sceptical, Bella. Use your credit card to pay for it, then if you're dissatisfied you can get your bank to refund the money. Also, when it arrives, take it to your local Apple Shop, they'll check the serial number to confirm it is OK. We took our demo iPhone 6s there recently and discovered it had been made in Japan so couldn't be serviced by Apple here. Otherwise it was OK.
Is postage for an iphone xs really $75 via auspost in vic?
Postage is expensive because they have to pay off the delivery driver to return the items back to them (Becextech). So there is a record that the item was delivered, without a signature or a fake signature (as in my case), but they don't actually receive the item, and Becextech doesn't provide anything and keep the payment...
Do you ship to parcel collect
I am looking at buying one of your Tamron 100-600mm lenses, for approx $1400. As this is quite a bit of money for me, I am wary of making this purchase online as I hope can be appreciated. Do you have any depots/warehouses/outlets in Adelaide, SA, where I could a) check the product out and b) purchase it on the spot?
Thanks very much in advance.
Thanks James, I hope you get your memory card soon! Good to hear the phone arrived in good nick. Just wary of online shopping I guess!
Are they still in business? I can't open their webpage.
Anyone had to return anything with this company. Brought an iPhone 6 demo model and it keeps dying with major battery issues. The warranty and returns process seems complicated and they try to have you sign a waiver saying they can charge you before even looking at issue? This seems odd to me. Anyone had issues?
Search for my post "BEWARE of BecexTech". They had my camera for over 5 months for a warranty repair and tried every trick in the book to avoid their obligation to fix it, replace it or provide me with a refund. The ACCC has an "enforceable undertaking" on them (you can do a web search for this) and I was told by Vic Fair Trading that they've had numerous complaints against them.
