I recently purchased a queen bed, bedside tables and dressing table for my daughter and then about a week later, a mattress for my son, both from Bedroom Trends. I dealt with different sales staff on each occasion and found them to be very helpful and extremely friendly with all aspects of the sales. I had paid for the bed to be set up as the lady had told me it was a tricky bed to put together and organised an afternoon delivery. I had 2 phone calls on delivery day to say the bed was being delivered but it would be between 5 - 6pm as they ...had been held up on other deliveries. The 2 men were there until around 7.30pm putting the bed together and they then took all the packaging away. I couldn't have asked for better service and would definitely shop there again and after getting a very good price on the mattress, they even offered to waive the delivery fee, perfect!
Having shopped around for Xmas specials for a new bed, I found Bedrooms Trends (O'Connor) to have the best deals.
Not only was the service first rate, they also did a deal with transport, as I live in the south west.
Thank you very much, I would recommend this store to anyone.
Worst company I have dealt with!
This company is hopeless! I have contacted them a dozen times over the last 6 months to have my paperwork sent to me. I never get a phone call back and the customer service I receive each time is horrible. They are useless and I would never recommend them to anyone. They continually lie and blame each other for not finding it.

I have bought a few items from Bedroom Trends. Their product is good and service good until i wanted them to unpack the items from the heavy packing - refused to help or clear away the volumes of foam and packing cases. i am not at all happy with their service

Do not believe a word these people say .. Customer is always wrong and they just make excuses instead of admitting they are wrong .. Do not give them your business as they do not deserve it. There honesty and customer service is terrible have already spent $3500 with them and there still arguing I have recordings they still deny saying what the said... DO NOT TRUST>>>

Horrible customer service - bad business practices
We bought a mattress, bed frame, two bedside tables and a tall boy from the Bedroom Trends outlet on Scarborough Beach Road. While everything we purchased has been absolutely wonderful, the customer service following the purchase was extremely horrible.
1) they made us wait all day for a delivery because they couldn't even give us a time frame - no apologies for that
2) the delivery van had the words "Free delivery" plastered on it, so does the website http://www.bedroomtrends.com.au/ yet we were charged 30$ for delivery. Again,no apologie...s for that, just an off-hand "Yeah, we are going to change the signs" 3) this is the real winner: they delivered everything in big cardboard boxes and left. Apparently installation/assembly was not discussed with us by our salesperson, who when confronted over the phone says the following things: - 99 out of 100 people know that there are assembly charges. I didn't mention it because I thought you knew - you clearly did not look at your invoice - you should know that there are additional assembly charges
