Baily cabsav 750ml bottles absent from physical shelves & online BWS
BWS appears to be an associated entity of Woolworth's and Baily & Baily would therefore be a brand controlled by Woolworth's and associated wine-bottling operators. Baily & Baily has apparently been withdrawn from BWS stores and websites for "policy" reasons - leaving many customers in the lurch. The popular Baily & Baily line of 750ml cab sav seems unlikely to be replaced in the new Baily & Baily proposed new 1 litre bottle lineup.
Too busy to actually serve customers
I went there tonight: the store attendant was pulling the gate shut an hour before closing time saying she had to do an emergency delivery out back and would be back in 20 mins. Refused to serve me even though I said it would take less than 5 mins. Needs to decide whether they want to serve customers or run a delivery service.
Large chain but it's alright
They're a large chain but they are convenient. They provide the service you'd expect from a supermarket chain and their prices may not be as good but they run specials often enough.
The manager at BWS maroochydore has no time for customers always on the phone to his partner or entertaining friends in store, won't go back there again, lost business now, he used to be a nice bloke, now he's just plain rude
To hard to get trolleys for beer
Mentone store went in to get box beer and 3 bottles of wine asked man behind counter you got any trolleys bit difficult to carry ha said “ no to hard to get them & keep in store “ so 2 trips to car wouldn’t bother going back all too hard
