Hello,
We are currently in process of purchasing a land and house package with bell river. Our lawyer has requested the option deed and the vendors are not providing it until we’ve signed and have done an exchange. Has anyone been hit with an additional fee at the end of their build? Thank you
not a good builder. they keep asking for more money in the middle of building. so ennoying
We are having a terrible time with Bellriver, our 14 month project just entered its 25th month. They are pestering us for the final payment when the project is still very far from finished. We’ve had horrendous issues with communication & would not recommend them to anyone - it has been such a hugely stressful process & Bellriver continued incompetence has robbed us of any joy.

I wont recommend building with this company. They are dishonest people. I am sure about reviews that give them 5 star rating are fabricated and done through their own associates. I can list huge number of things about their mistakes and unfair dealings. Be safe.
They massive turn over in staffs ... your questions will it not be replied !!!
Double triple check your tender .. recommended to get your Solictor/ lawyers approval as it will set u back 5 months plus to get it right! Even better the fair trading to look into it!
Your plans will always gonna have errors so check it throughly!

I asked to see the house ... to prove it’s a real estate / customers ... thumbs down ! No looking good at all like how we were told from day one ! All the bad reviews are coming true !!!
Agree 100% KaiTee! We spoke earlier about my review...im at the final stages of build and i'm so upset. They cannot get simple things right, i wish i never picked this builder. People cannot believe the stuff ups, i dont think they will last much longer!
I am about to put a deposit now and i am building the Bays Water 254. Anyone who has recent build with em if can help what wss the experience and what was the fix tender
Be careful. they are not trustworthy people. just finished building with them. worst experience ever. fix tender is a joke. they will rip you off when you reach color selection. and things sales people promise before the contract changes after the contract signed and then excuses for not honouring those promises starts. I wont recommend anyone to go ahead and build with this company after what i have experienced. They may sound cheap as they advertise compare to other big brand building companies but they are not cheap at the end.

Don’t build with them !!! Had such a horrible experience and so many others have that message me about it! They are very inexperienced with drawing up a tender, administration side of the company is so poor and they have Significant staff turnover. Sales consultants will promise you the world and will tell you they can make anything happen but It’s not true. Once you speak with someone a few times and think you are getting somewhere they leave and haven’t left any notes or documents. This process then repeats !!! I had so many tenders presented to me and each one had several errors, they just couldn’t get it right and this wasted so much time for us. I wanted to start a family earlier and I’m still waiting for this house to be finished. The paper work took a year !!! I really would think twice if I was you. My family are building and had a great experience with rawson homes - they have a great tender system and processes are so professional nothing like Bellriver !!!

Building with Bellriver was the most upsetting and stressful adventure. You never deal with the same person as staff are replaced on a regular basis. Read everything before you sign any document. Lots of errors and incorrect products that l chose listed on paperwork. I have been in house two years and still experiencing issues. Hope you have a better experience.

Be Careful. I am having so many problems with them. Just do your homework well since you are going to build a very big house. They are different when selling and completely different after you pay the deposit.
Do NOT build with them!
They have no sense of pricing and you'll be constantly chasing them on everything.
Honestly the worst experience i've had - they CANNOT get anything write, i've literally got 7-10 versions of tenders because of all their stuff ups. I've wasted so much time doing their jobs.
