Very lazy and rude
I went for an interview with Best Employment which was an hour drive away which went well but after 14 days no one even has the decency to respond to let me know how the job has progressed.
Glad i won't be working for them if this is how they treat staff.
It is now 4 weeks since this position closed and 3 weeks since I interviewed and still no response. How can you show any respect to this company when this is how they treat people. Being an employment assist company they should be setting the standard but sadly its all about the revenue they can get from the government not about truly assisting people. Very poor service and I advise others to go else where as you can do much better than this.
Finally after 6 weeks i get an automated response from their HR department saying i wasn't even short listed for an interview but guess what i actually did interview and the lazy manager who said she would ring me to confirm what happened didn't even bother to have the decency to respond.
Thanks for that Best Employment i am so glad you don't look after my employment needs.
In armidale there is an employment agency best employment there service to customers with disabilities is the worst in the business
the case manager there have the ability to keep the disadvantaged unemployed for there own employment benefits after a short 2 month visit personally i have not heard or seen any of the clients recieve employment
the customer staff are curtious and friendly the management calm and responsive
the attituide from case managers is far from friendly and definately not work related in any area
Computers are updated and all can do what ever they like within the company data bases
