10 year customer
I have been a customer of this company for about 10 years and have never missed a payment I usually pay early. I have noticed in the last 2 years something has changed. The first time I went over my data limit my daughter hot spotted off my phone and forgot to turn it off I received a call from BT and was spoken to very rudely and made to feel like I was trying to rip them off. The second time I went over I received an e mail when I had used 50% and then a day later I received an e mail saying I had used 99%. After questing this I was told I sh...ould of received an e mail after using 70% and I should turn my data off then. I have never received an e mail back explaining why I never received the e mail at 70% or why I have to pay for 100% of data but turn it off at 70%. I will be looking for another company once my contract is finished.
