Friendly and helpful staff. Sale, Victoria Store.
I lived in Sale, for two years and often purchased products from their store. I found the staff friendly and helpful. A lot better than other electrical stores in the town.
I have ordered several products from this store and have been happy with them. The only problem I had when I ordered my micro was they didn't have it in stock and it didn't arrive , I rang and enquired about it for the person to say they had tried to call several time which would have been at Saturday and I had no missed calls, to them be told they only had the display model. But other than that will keep ordering from this store
Product great, customer service not so much
Purchased a tv online. Got an email saying that I would be notified when it was available to pick up. A week went by, heard nothing from them. Called them up, was told they would call me back. Never did. Another week went by, called again, was told they are waiting on stock and would be called back. Again, didnt receive a call back. I called every week to find out what was going on and no one could tell me anything. I didnt hound them every day, I waited seven days between each phone call. One guy I spoke to was really rude to me. Finally I got...hold of someone who looked into it after a month and was told stock wouldnt arrive for another three months so they would get back to me with a solution. Aaand they never called me back. I ended up driving the three hours into the store o find out what was going on. Got given a new tv and paid the difference in price. They have great products, but they are really bad at communication. All I wanted was to know what was happening. Not be fobbed off and not called when promised. I felt like a nuisance calling every week but I had paid a lot of money for a tv that no one could tell me where it was. It took over five weeks and was only sorted because I went in. Very frustrating.
Great customer service
I purchased a Cat S61 on 28th of october, Linda from the Betta home living store called me on the 29th to inform me that the handset needed to be ordered in and could take 2 weeks before I receive it, admitdly I wasn't to impress with the time frame but agreed to that and a few days later I had the phone to my surprise the customer service I received and communication was brilliant and Linda kept me up to date on progress of my order, only things I would suggest is for items that they don't stock and need to be ordered in add in the description...on your website that there maybe a 5/7 day wait for this item so there is no disappointment. And I understand about keeping costs down with postage but add a express post option for smaller items let the customer have a choice wether they want standard or express post.
You really need to pick up your game!
I buy an Electrolux vacuum cleaner from you but constantly have a problem purchasing new bags! I today actually found myself taking in a used bag to assist in what bags need to be ordered! Please!
No wonder ppl go to Nowra for assistance. I was amazed!
I always shop local but I do need a new vacuum cleaner but with your limited stock, I will have to ask for advice elsewhere!

After accidentally using the wrong choice of payment, I rang through to Betta Home Living wharehouse where someone was able to swiftly and eagerly fix my transaction without fail
I bougt this tv at betta home living griffith nsw and my tv was broken at of the box and going to return for a replacment
Very solid online experience
Purchased a soundbar online. Great (cheapest) price which is a great start. Received a call from the store that would deliver within 72hrs and the item was delivered within 5 days which was a solid effort. Also free delivery which was nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was just purely on the fact they could have made the first call a day or so sooner but solid effort non the less!
Poor service and i haven't even got close to being a product yet.

I have rang the Rockingham wa store on 3 occasions now about getting an iMac 27" through certegy vip. Now i keep getting told i would receive a call on the availability on this product as they would have to order one in as none in stock. This has been 3 weeks now and I'm still no closer to getting an iMac or even getting information.

We ordered a freezer through Kunda Park Store in Sunshine Coast and we paid cash.We were told that it was going to be delivered within 5 days. 2 weeks down the line there is nothing. We lost all the meat we purchased prior to promised delivery date due no storeage space. We are now contemplating making a police report and ask for a refund. We last spoke to a guy called Jack he was very rude and a Floor manager called Liz as been telling us to wait . Poor customer service and we can’t believe that this is happening in developed country like Australia
They are advertising and selling stock that they don't have in their warehouse, as I found out. They order from the supplier and then have to wait for delivery. I eventually got my delivery 3 weeks later after contacting head office. They should tell customers if they don't have the item in stock.
