Not good enough....
Been having problems with a new battery for 3 months now, only lasts for just over an hour in use. After several emails & phone calls, still waiting for them to replace it as they said one would be ! Another phone call will be made this week.
Disappointing Product knowledge and Customer service
I called on 21/10/18 to enquire about a Sony FDR_AX53 Battery .I found that I was connected to a call centre in the Philippines and spoke to a Female who had no idea of what I was asking or talking about .She merely read from the information on the website and would not transfer me to someone who knew what they were talking about .My line was disconnected and I called back and a male person answered and was slightly more knowledgeable but not much

Took too long. Didn't get what I paid for and was over charged $12.50
Ordered 6 cell laptop battery. They claimed to have stock, then called me to tell me to wait 6 weeks, as there was a compatibility problem. Then when it was in stock again, they called to again and said I had to reorder. So this time I ordered the bigger 9 cell battery. Then they called me and said they didn't have stock and to wait 3 months. Then called me to said they did have stock a few hours later. Then shortly after that said they didn't have stock again. After complaining they said they did have stock of the 6 cell battery and could send...me that and that they would refund me the difference in price. I did get the battery about a week later, but I never got refunded the difference in cost. So basically I paid for a 9 cell battery and got a 6 cell one. Emailed them... guess what? No response because they have their money now. In short, they didn't do what they said they would do which is poor customer service. In short, I paid $73.68 for a battery that should have cost $61.18.
Battery doesn't work and no response from complaint email.
Really happy with the price and speed of delivery from Better Batt but the battery when charged would go flat without even taking one shot. LCD screen couldn't even be turned on. Sent an email to discuss a return/refund and have yet to receive a response nearly a week later. I've seen responses on product review so hope that this will prompt some action.

Incorrect size charger for nikkon 1 j5 battery
After receiving my charger i found it was the wrong size emailed sales, they promptly responded but when i explained it didn't fit and have to hold it in place with tape he seemed satisfied with that, next time I'll just order it off ebay from China.
Last as long as the warranty - no longer
I bought two replacement batteries for my digital camera - they worked really well when first received - held charge and lasted well in the camera. Performance started to deteriorate a little from about the 6 month point, but having purchased two batteries it was just a matter of swapping one out so no real problem. However, by the 12 month point a days' outing using the camera reasonably frequently would consume both batteries (assuming no flash photography which would drag down the charge much more rapidly), and at the 18 month point I am una...ble to get more than a couple of flash shots from either battery, even just after they have been fully charged. Disappointing - they seemed so good when first purchased. By comparison the original battery took nearly ten years to deteriorate to the same level of performance.
Dont be misled by the stock status
This website does no clearly state whether they have the item in stock. In fact, they mislead you to think that all items are in stock by not stating clearly and categorically otherwise. After my order did not arrive in the time stipulated on their website (3 - 7 days after receiving payment) and on my order confirmation, I sent an email to Better Batt to find out where my order was and their email response to me was unsatisfactory wherein they stated the words "Available to Order" and "Contact for ETA" on their webpage and order confirmation to mean the item was "Not in Stock".
They mislead you about stock availability and their email response was rather negligent.

I live in Brisbane and I ordered a laptop battery and some printer ink on 17/12. The laptop battery was dispatched 19/12 and arrived 23/12 via Couriers Please. The ink came via Aust Post and was delivered 21/12. Given this was the week before Christmas I was happy with the shipping times.
