haven't received items yet will have to purchase elsewhere for this trip

Shipping charge
Why do you say "free shipping" and then charge a large shipping fee? I don't have the goods yet, so I cannot make much more of a comment other than the first sentence here. I find this somewhat misleading.

battery at 50% capacity less than a year after purchase
produce is cheap and worked great for a couple of months but now its showing half capacity for some reason, I guess you get what you pay for.

Mac Battery Capacity less than Advertised
Purchased a mac pro replacement battery from this mob for pick up with no dramas, efficient service and battery well packaged.
The only downside is that the battery is actually 5200 mAh and not 5600 mAh as advertised on their page under specs.
Anyone considering buying should be aware. Have already alerted them to the fact but no action as if yet.

This is how service should be!
After trying the A1322 Battery multiple times, I can confirm that batteries aren't as stated. On the website it states 5200mAh capacity, upon calibration it was 4800mAh. A difference of 400mAh has a cause for concern when it's straight out of the box.
I've gone through about 5 of the batteries, getting replacements and refunds along the way and it just isn't worth it.

re communicating with the supplier, but with no reply from the supplier. Maybe it's time to get a better supplier All in all, 3 stars because they tried. For the G16 battery it's fine, but for the MacBook Battery I would probably stay away until they source a better battery supplier.1 comment

I live in Brisbane and I ordered a laptop battery and some printer ink on 17/12. The laptop battery was dispatched 19/12 and arrived 23/12 via Couriers Please. The ink came via Aust Post and was delivered 21/12. Given this was the week before Christmas I was happy with the shipping times. I am not sure if they have express post options, if you email the company they are super responsive or give them a call 03 9024 6914 sales@betterbatt.com.au

It is totally heartbreaking to know that you have left for the cruise without the battery due to the delay on despatch of your order. You placed your order on the 4rth of November at 1 pm but our warehouse wasn't able to despatch it on the same day and the next day was a Victorian holiday delaying the parcels another day to be processed. CouriersPlease tracking shows that your order has been delivered on 8th November 2019 at 4:01 pm but it seems it didn't make it.
