WILL NEVER RETURN TO BEVILLES
I would highly recommend never using Bevilles.
My whole family bought my sister presents from there for her 21st 2 out of the 3 had to be returned!
First the bracelet, I explained to the sales woman that she had a very tiny wrist and links would need to be taken out, I was told to come back and they would take care of it in a manner that made me think there was no charge and when I tried to talk to her, she refused to communicate with me, the manager couldn’t even get her to talk to me, like clearly she has told me the wrong thing and refuses...
Great customer service
I bought my wife a jade ring for her 40th birthday online less than a month later the jade Stone feel out of the ring and was lost. I contracted Bevilles and they sent a return form and assessed the ring within in a week and found the mount faulty. They offered to replace the stone and fix the ring or store credit to the value. My wife picked a pair of emarld earring and they were delivered within 5 days. Great service we will be using Bevilles from now on.
Unprofessional and poor timekeeping
Yesterday we went to go the the TTP Store and as we had a busy day, googled your website for opening times 11am. We got there 20 minutes early and sat and had a coffee in the mall opposite about 6 feet opposite the store and watched two female staff walking around the store . During this time one left and the other was trying on rings, looking at herself in the mirror and using her phone. At 11 we went to the door and she told us that despite your website saying they were open that they were not opening up for another 15 minutes and there wer...e doing the store set up? We were there to return a seiko watch under warranty to get it fixed as after 10 months it is not working we were assisted with this but told it is going to take 10 weeks which was not very pleasing as I am without a watch during this time or will need to purchase a cheap one to get through what is nearly three months to repair a faulty product. When I tried to ring today wanting to give this feedback personally I have mad several attempts to contact both your customer service and HR areas but have not had a call answered by a person on any of the available options via your telephone 1300 number despite about 6 attempts. I find all of this to be disappointing and unprofessional customer service. ring today
Very happy customer
Purchased a diamond ring online - ordering was easy and postage was fast. Unfortunately, the ring had a defect. Contacted customer service by email with some photos and within three days they arranged for me to exchange the ring for a new one at a local store. The Manager at the Parramatta store was very helpful and in the end I exchanged for an alternative style that I am delighted with. Very positive experience.
Don’t be fooled
Gold faded on $3000 chain,chain was kept in box that it came with and worn only a handful of times on special occasions. Was told this is normal. No exchange,no refund or money back would be accepted on Epping Neville’s behalf. They mislead and are not honest when purchasing products from them and are educated from head office how to avoid any corresponding requests. Never answer phones. Never call you back. [Profane Content Removed]. Don’t be fooled and go elsewhere. Spend your hard earned money on company’s That will honour their warranty. There is nothing good to say about any of the staff or their head office but stay tuned as I have sold the story to current affair.

Poor Customer Service Blacktown
I purchased a bracelet at Parramatta store on Tuesday 22 December 2020. The human operative gave the wrong item and later when i mentioned to customer service over the phone that they gave the wrong item they said go to Blacktown store.
On 24 December i went to Blacktown store to exchange the bracelet as suggested by customer service on the phone.
The manager at the Blacktown store rudely said that she knows everything as she is the manager and cant exchange it. She spoke loudly and said go to parramatta store.

Knox City - Worst customer service
Appalling customer service and experience at the Knox store. I needed to return a ring that was initially purchased and paid in full for at another store. They didn’t have it in stock therefore I had to wait for them to have it sent from another store... during that time the stores had closed due to COVID so the ring was sent to the head office who then delivered to me almost 2 months later. I had spoken to head office to notify them of the situation and the reason why it needed to be returned. They were extremely lovely and helpful. They sent ...an email to the Knox store to inform them that I was going in to get a refund as long as the ring was in good condition! I went to the Knox store to return this ring which was UNTOUCHED.... that’s when everything went downhill. The first attendant I saw and spoke to was nice to begin with, I was telling her why I was in the store, to return the ring and half way through my conversation with her she started waiving at people behind me and completely ignored me. I stopped talking, shocked at how rude she was. She then told me I had to speak to the manager. I eventually spoke to [Name Removed], the manager, explained the situation and informed her that HO had sent her an email. Her initial response was appalling, she smirked and said that she can’t take the ring because the refund would come out of her days sales! She then told me I had to send it to head office in order for them to deposit the refund in to my bank account! I explained to her that I spoke to HO and they approved it as long as the ring was in good condition. After a while [Name Removed] then said that she would need to assess the ring, she took the ring out the back, came back to the front of the store and told me there was a scratch on it!!!! I was absolutely furious! [Name Removed] then said she would need to send it to HO for them to assess the ‘scratch’. I couldn’t believe it to be honest, I knew exactly what her intentions were. The ring was sent back to HO, there was NO scratch on it and I eventually got my refund deposited in to my bank account. [Name Removed] intentions was to not process the refund from the beginning and lied about the scratch so that the refund wouldn’t come out of her daily sales... [Name Removed], with the way that you treat your customers and the choice of words you use, not to mention training your team with half decent customer service.
Worst customer service, sale faulty watches and don’t resolve the issue. So don’t trust and buy from them.

Worst customer service ever!
I ordered a necklace and a bracelet from their online store on 7 August. Rather than sending the necklace I ordered they sent me a random pair of earrings. I made contact with their customer service straight away and they provided me with a returns label. Unfortunately I reside in Victoria and I couldn’t go to the post office to return the earrings due to Covid lockdown restrictions. I asked whether they can send me the necklace first as it was supposed to be a gift and I will return the earrings when restrictions eased. They said no. I asked w...hether they can organise someone to do an exchange, again they said no. Throughout the whole exchange I was the one suggesting ideas to try to resolve the issue they created but I was shut down each time. On 6 September, I again tried to resolve the issue by offering an alternative idea: I will keep the earrings and save Bevilles the cost of postage (both for the cost of return and posting the necklace to me) in exchange of them offering a discount on my next order. I didn’t specify what discount I wanted so it was up to Bevilles to make an offer. I thought if they wanted to keep me as a customer (I love buying jewellery and I’ve bought from Bevilles for years) they will agree to compromise. I received a reply today (16 September, 10 days later) saying that it would be my choice to keep the earrings and they’ve done everything they could by providing me with a returns label. I guess they don’t wish to keep me as a customer as they are not smart enough to realise that by offering me a discount on my next order I would actually be making another order! But then again what smart person would actually mix up a necklace with earrings?! And has anyone noticed that they’ve been increasing the prices of their jewellery all year?! I will not be buying from Bevilles again.
Don't waste your money!
Purchased an Id bracelet, 3 days after wearing the clasp broke. It completely split in half and opened. Jeweller said it was my fault that I broke. Which was impossible. To replace it cost my $40. Even though the bracelet was only $100. They gave it back to me tarnished. I said I wasn't happy with it and they said they would have to charge me again to fix. I thought It was completely unfair so I left. Now only 1 month after the purchase one of the links snapped. Poor, cheap quality. Not worth your money. They blame you for the quality if it brakes and charger you. Warranty means nothing

Low quality earrings and poor customer service
I ordered my girlfriend some earrings from the online store and within 6 weeks a stone from the earring fell off even though she had only wore the earrings about 2-3 times.
She really liked the earrings so we sent the earrings back and requested new earrings in exchange. I had to keep contacting Bevilles multiple times during the exchange to get things happening. They said they would send a shipping label and they never sent it until I contacted them a second time a week later.

Defective watch sold to me
I ordered a Fossil watch - arrived not functioning. So to save time and effort, I had battery replaced at local jewellers. Still doesn’t work. Beville refuse to repair or replace.
Poor quality jewellery, poor repair service, terrible customer service
I purchased a 9 carat gold diamond and ruby ring as a 21st birthday gift for $400, together with a care plan for $59 to pay for resizing and any future repairs. Separately, I paid for the ring to be engraved with a 21st message.
Within one day of wearing the ring, a diamond had fallen out. I took it to Bevilles Melbourne CBD where it was repaired for free under the care plan. I asked the staff members to ensure it would be repaired properly and to check the rest of the settings and I was assured it would be.
Six months later, the same d...iamond fell out again. I took it back to Bevilles and calmly explained how disappointed I was to have paid $400 for such a poor quality piece of jewellery, plus the poor quality of workmanship with the repairs. Your staff member immediately said it must have been the fault of the person wearing the ring, instead of taking responsibility for selling poor quality jewellery in the first place. The store manager arranged to have the ring sent to head office and said if it was deemed to be faulty, they would replace it. I appreciate that Bevilles took this step and ended up replacing the ring with a brand new one. This was done quickly (took just over a week) and that they contacted me straight away that it was ready for collection. Upon collecting the new ring, I spoke to the store manager again and expressed that I was disappointed with the poor quality of the first ring and that I would now be required to pay for further engraving and be out of pocket. The store manager shrugged and said to take it up with head office. I asked for compensation for the poor quality ring or to be reimbursed for the cost of engraving and the postage required in having the ring repaired and I was told this was not possible. I said I would not be shopping at Bevilles again and would not recommend anyone else to do so and the store manager said she understood. I am pretty shocked that a store manager has so little regard for customer satisfaction or ensuring repeat business.
