Wrong item sent
Ordered 2 rings and a necklace online. Necklace description said 65cm sent one that was 43cm. I phoned and the H.O person said that I would need to send it back then they would assess it, then they would contacted the warehouse to see if they have one in stock with the correct length and then send it. That’s excessive time wasting and outrageous customer service
Ordered mine and my fiances wedding bands and were told they would provide free rhodium plating on my engagements ring. Receiced 3 phone calls about coming to pick up our rings and each time i asked about the rhodium plating and was advised yes its included. Come time to pick up my ring was told i had to pay for it and they weren't going to do it for free as promised. The staff argued with us and insinuating we were lying. If our rings weren't made to order we would have been getting a full refund. Such a stressful and upsetting situation so close to our wedding. Will definitely never be buying anything from this store again!

The manager at Fountain Gate Branch is very unprofessional. Not satisfied at all!! I received a call from the head office to begin with ,saying I had run out of my layby time frame. A month before receiving this call, I went into the fountain gate branch made a payment and asked for extension till August. The beautiful sales person advised she could extend it till the end of September. Having that in mind, I knew I could easily pay it off in August the latest. When received the call from head office sta...ff, I explained that I had made arrangement prior. I even said the branch manager is aware and got told that head office will contact the manager and ask her to give me a call as no further extension was granted. Being at work, frustrated as no cell phones are allowed, I had to take some time from our manager to sort this out. I was literally on the phone with the head office staff for around 7 minutes explaining as she didn’t believe me saying that. That was the 1st call. Now calls the store manager 2nd call saying the same thing, that I have to pay the overdue asap as the layby time frame is expired. Then they call me again, saying they didnt find any extensions on the system .By now I was furious as I kept saying check the system, but both these women didn’t liaise with me at all. That same week on Saturday, I rocked up to fountain gate store. Lucky enough found the same sales person who extended my time. Before making the payment, I asked her how much time do I have to clear the layby. She said you have till the end of SEPTEMBER, she didn’t know I was fuming inside for her reply. I asked her if I could take a screenshot of her screen and was successful. The screenshot is at the bottom,please have a look. I then told the sales person there, what I had been through.People from the head office, wasting their and my time and spoilt both our moods, what was the end result,I was right. It doesn't matter whether you work in the head office or be a branch manager, gather your facts, go through them again before calling customers making it an issue over the phone.I got the layby out that Saturday putting my other bills on hold. The other thing I found weird was..the ring that I bought is 1.6 carats but I never got a certification or anything that says that this is so valuable. Couple of years back, I bought a ring from Angus & Coot which had 1 carat of diamonds and was issued with a certificate.The layby receipts fade so quickly, something for Brevilles to think about instead of unnecessary phone calls. The lady was rude from the start. Short and to the point, I really needed some gentle advice, but she was only interested in selling and getting me out of the shop.
She told me there were lots of cameras and made me feel like she thought I was going to steal. I confronted her after 10mi s of the negativity and she rolled her eyes and told me she was busy. I asked for her manager, she pointed me to another worker. She then was upset that she gave me a necklace with a knot in it, she begrudgingly swapped it for the wrong one. When I asked her, she said it’s all she had available. There much more that happened, I just can’t describe how incredibly put down I felt.
If u want to waste ur money this is the jewellery place to buy, it's appalling cheap make with costly price, bout 2 rings within a day stones fell out, SHOP ELSEWHERE, don't waste ur money!!?
Sent email with pics and got a reply from customer service requesting to return it by post apparently my emails & pics wasn't enough...anyway they can get out of taking responsibility
A diamond gold ring was advertised in store for $499. I requested to purchased the ring, to then be told that it was in fact $799. Misleading and Deceptive Advertising!
Poor Quality Jewellery
Purchased a silver filled 9ct gold necklace from bevilles jewellers. After wearing it in a swimming pool, in between each of the links and clasp turned black. I have numerous silver filled 9ct gold jewellery purchased from other jewellers and have had nil issues wearing them swimming. I took the necklace to an independent jeweller and was told the necklace only had a very thin 9ct coating and where the black came through, there was nil hold coating, the silver was showing through. Overall the necklace was poorly made. Due to this I will never b...uy their silver filled jewellery. If well made it can be worn in chlorinated pools like my other jewellery and should never turn black. I was very fortunate bevilles replaced the necklace., but that was only because I told them it had turned black from general wear. I also purchased a silver filled 9ct gold bracelet on the same day as the necklace. I have yet to wear it swimming, but don't intend to, don't want it turning black
This business is extremely unprofessional
This business is extremely unprofessional, purchased a ring for my wife as a surprise present. She didn't like the style we returned it brand new for a refund under the company terms and conditions. My wife was made to wait for over 45 minutes, and the store did everything to try and avoid the refund including needing to have it checked and sent away before return. Poor business practice only wish I had checked the online reviews for the company not simply the Penrith Store before purchasing, lots of unhappy customers and a business that had significant trading problems in 2014. As a consequence they have opened a much smaller retail format, avoid at all costs and look at better retailers like Gregorys Jewellers.

They have always helped me with every purchase if I needed some help. In store and online staff is very polite and kind and always ready to make your shopping easy and memorable.

Low quality jewellery with slow delivery
So the jewellery is low grade with stones falling out after first wear. The pieces are advertised as in stock but in fact they have you waiting 2-3 weeks for delivery. When you dare to contact their customer support for answers you get excuses that they are looking for your size or style at one of their stores. You send back the faulty jewellery only to have to wait weeks for an exchange to be sent back to you with all excuses that they can’t find your item in stock. Why advertise in stock when it’s really not. The customer service is not very ...nice when you finally get a reply. Seriously buy your jewellery from somewhere else reputable as Bevilles is crap! June 17th 2019 Update: Faulty cheap junk! Waited over 5 weeks for items to come in stock then had to settle for a smaller size. Finally received items with stones missing. Not the first time , I have had at least 6 rings faulty as stones fall out after a days wear. Be careful buying from this store as you won’t get much help with faulty items. Delivery is very slow.

A Diamond fell out after about 8 days.
After getting disgusting service from Elizabeth St store Melbourne , went back to Epping & the beautiful Czechkone couldn't help me enough.
Gave me 4 options to make sure I was happy with outcome.

DO NOT SHOP WITH BEVILLES
Ordered what was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my partner, ring arrives is 5 sizes bigger than the size I ordered. Got in contact with customer support who advised that size is actually not available (check the website and it's listed as currently in stock). Am advised that I can send the ring back and wait in size I ordered. Send the ring back, 2 months pass and I am advised still not in stock and am now offered the ability to order custom size (was never advised of this previously, smaller size was preferred so I went with this option)....I accept this offer and was told up to 4 weeks to arrive. 4 weeks pass, I inquire as to whereabouts of ring and I've now been told that not only is the custom order not available, but the original size, as offered on the website, is not available any longer also. Do not shop with Bevilles, 1 out of 5 stars is being far to generous.
Beware faulty junk jewellery
3 different rings and stones fell out after minimal wear 1 ring arrived with stone missing took 2 weeks to get a new one sent out after returning faulty one. Do yourself a favour buy from well known jewellers like Angus & Coote at least the quality is better.

I ordered for the first time ever a few weeks ago. I first tried all my local stores as i am trying to buy bulk gifts for my bridal party i had no such luck within my budget.
I stubbled accross your website and ended up ordering without checking reviews (not like me but i was beyond stressed about the situation) i made my order which was super easy, my parcel arrived before 2 weeks and they are perfect, great quality and in my budget.
So thank you kindly for making one step of this stressful situation easy i am one very satisfied customer.
...Also came on here to leave a review for bevilles (the site is down or something so i couldn't) i am glad i did not check reviews on here before ordering as the reviews are quite bad and i wouldnt have proceeded with my purchase if i saw there before hand. But very very thankful i do you guys saved me at least $300 on a product that is exactly as i was searching for in town.

Very poor customer service
I was served by a lady in the tea tree store in adelaide, I can't remember her name but she is the store manager with shoulder length black hair and a front fringe, I was originally looking in the diamond ring area and she was super happy and pleased to serve me untill.. i wanted to look in the silver section, it was like I wasn't worth serving anymore because it wasn't going to be a big sale. She rolled her eyes and got another girl to serve me as she then went back to the diamond area to serve others. I don't care what you write back to my re...view, apologise all you want but you seriously need to look into the management there, I don't usually write things like this but it's happened multiple times and she isn't deserving of such a powerful role.

My husband have purchased one diamond ring at Westfield Miranda store for $400 for our wedding anniversary. After 3 months, some of the diamonds came off so they repaired.A few months later another stone came of so it was repaired again. 3 times in 7 months!
My wedding ring is 20 years old and never have any issues. The quality is unacceptable so I will never recommend to buy unless you keen to repair...few times per year. After few repairs I got frustrated and want the refund. They didn't offered anything and not interested to discuss. The company have multiple ABN's and operated by trust so it is highly unlikely to get the refund even with the court order. Never, ever again!
Bad Customer Service
I have purchased 1 bracelet and 1 necklace for $200. They said they will be guaranteed for 1 year. After only 3 weeks, some of the diamonds came off. I came back, they replaced those 2 with a new man Watch (because they were out of stock) with a voucher. A few months later, i came back to purchase a different one using the voucher at Highpoint, they did not accept it due to the different branch location (Norhtland shopping center). This is ridiculous.

Bevilles Mirand Fair staff are all charm when selling you something but don’t want to know you if there is a problem. I purchased a $600 ring some years ago and recently the stone fell out. I live in Canberra, so when I went to Sydney for Christmas I took the ring in, asked for it to be repaired and asked how much it would cost to repair. The staff didn’t want to know. Told me to take it to a Jewler in Canberra. I wanted Bevilles jewler to do the repair as it is their design and the claw setting is unusual. They didn’t want to listen to me and...certainly didn’t want to help me. They kept saying “it’s not under warranty”. I know it is out of warranty, I didn’t want a free repair, I was willing to pay to get it repaired, I just wanted them to repair it but they could not be bothered. when I got frustrated and said that I would not be buying any more jewellery from them ( I have bought jewellery from Bevilles in Miranda and Melbourne city) the assistant said “good, thank you”.
Went to get a refund on a bracelet as it was too tight , which their assistant put on and it was getting tighter then 10 minutes later my husband removed it . ( As I have false nails I'm unable to do so ) now I'm not eligible for a refund because it has been worn . I took my husband in to the store so it can be refunded as to the manner in which it was paid ,I was offered a free link WOW that would've helped NOT. Correct me if I'm wrong but people try the jewellery on all day long in the stores .
