Worse customer experience ever never again
Bevilles Mirand Fair staff are all nice and welcoming when selling you something but don’t want to know you if there is a problem!!!!!
My husband have purchased one diamond ring at Westfield Miranda store for $400 for our wedding anniversary. After 3 months, some of the diamonds came off so they repaired.A few months later another stone came of so it was repaired again. 3 times in 7 months!
My wedding ring is 20 years old and never have any issues. The quality is unacceptable so I will never recommend to buy unless you keen to repair...few times per year. After few repairs I got frustrated and want the refund. They didn't offered anything and not interested to discuss. The company have multiple ABN's and operated by trust so it is highly unlikely to get the refund even with the court order. Never, ever again!
Bad Customer Service
I have purchased 1 bracelet and 1 necklace for $200. They said they will be guaranteed for 1 year. After only 3 weeks, some of the diamonds came off. I came back, they replaced those 2 with a new man Watch (because they were out of stock) with a voucher. A few months later, i came back to purchase a different one using the voucher at Highpoint, they did not accept it due to the different branch location (Norhtland shopping center). This is ridiculous.

Bevilles Mirand Fair staff are all charm when selling you something but don’t want to know you if there is a problem. I purchased a $600 ring some years ago and recently the stone fell out. I live in Canberra, so when I went to Sydney for Christmas I took the ring in, asked for it to be repaired and asked how much it would cost to repair. The staff didn’t want to know. Told me to take it to a Jewler in Canberra. I wanted Bevilles jewler to do the repair as it is their design and the claw setting is unusual. They didn’t want to listen to me and...certainly didn’t want to help me. They kept saying “it’s not under warranty”. I know it is out of warranty, I didn’t want a free repair, I was willing to pay to get it repaired, I just wanted them to repair it but they could not be bothered. when I got frustrated and said that I would not be buying any more jewellery from them ( I have bought jewellery from Bevilles in Miranda and Melbourne city) the assistant said “good, thank you”.
Went to get a refund on a bracelet as it was too tight , which their assistant put on and it was getting tighter then 10 minutes later my husband removed it . ( As I have false nails I'm unable to do so ) now I'm not eligible for a refund because it has been worn . I took my husband in to the store so it can be refunded as to the manner in which it was paid ,I was offered a free link WOW that would've helped NOT. Correct me if I'm wrong but people try the jewellery on all day long in the stores .

I went in today and got service from a man named Rama. He was of great service and very professional. The team is very friendly and very helpful. I recommend this store diffenently.

First I’m big fan of bevilles jewelry, but have trouble lots of times!
Second, when you come back with Jewellery with lots of stones come off, staff is very rude and not helpful. Specially one lady (I think she is Macedonian) very bossy and definitely not helpfully
Today I have very positive feedback! Youngest girl in store, she is soo friendly, helpful, smilling, fast....bevilles you need staff like that girl instead of arrogant “ladies” and grandmas

Faulty diamond rings, twice burned!
I was given a diamond dress ring and a few diamonds fell out iv had it repaired twice now at my expense at bevilles, (This was a $1500 ring and a gift) I thought I’d buy a friend one for her 30th spent only $400 but after she had it for 2 weeks 4 diamonds fell out! I was so embarrassed, so said I would take it to be repaired as it’s in warranty so they agreed to fix it, after they had it for 3 weeks I got a text to come pick it up.... to be told they can’t fix it and it had to go to HO! They offered me to pick something at the same Value...... ...80% of their jewelry is still from the 90’s so I asked for a refund only to be told by the manager, whom I waited for for 45 minutes to acknowledge me that she would have to go to HO I demanded a refund as it’s a faulty ring so they emailed HO.... argh I was so upset as I was running late for work, then she tells me I’m being very intense and laughed at me! I made them call HO and surprise they answered and I finally got my refund! I will NEVER step foot in one of their stores again and I urge anybody considering buying any product from this company think again! Spend a bit more and get quality their Jewelry is absolute rubbish, so is their service!! Thanks for reading. This was at the Chadstone store.
fantastic service and product of bevills and umesh
I find most of the teams at Bevilles quite skilled when it comes to customers and follow-up but what prompted me to write this review is the exceptional service delivered by Umesh. I imagine this store would be trading very successfully. I requested quite an unusual watch of Roberto carati which appeared to only be available in CBD store. The incredible staff at this store knew all avenues to take to get me this watch, constantly followed up with me and kept me informed on how he was going to transfer it. Within 3 weeks this watch was at the st...ore and the staff made an appointment for me to come, pick and purchase. I constantly feel totally welcoming and feel like home in Bevilles CBD store. I actually feel special. :) thanks to Bevilles and Umesh

It was great to walk into bevilles CBD store and felt very welcoming after served by specs guy umesh. So many Jewellery stores are cold and impersonal and make you feel intimidated but after entering in bevilles it was a wonderful experience to get engage with the piece for my sister. I purchased a beautiful diamond ring at this store where me and my sister were very happy and i really appreciate this lovely young man-UMESH for giving right informaton. I cant wait until my birthday as I have already picked out my next purchase

Great Customer Service
I have had now 3 necklaces that the diamonds have fallen out, which I’ve sent back. Two have been replaced and the third is on its way back now. Whilst I’m not happy about this, I did get both items on sale so I guess you get what you pay for. However the customer service I had received have been nothing but great on all 3 occasions. I’ve dealt with I think it was [name removed] on a couple of occasions and she has been nothing but lovely and accommodating. End of the day, for me great customer service goes a long way. I was in retail myself fo...r years, so with dealing with faulty or returns, I always treated customers as I did if I was selling them an item as it makes all the difference. So despite the faulty items thanks to the online team for being great!
Terrible customer service
Will never set foot in Bevilles again. Out and out lied too again today. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and apparently everyone is on annual leave (as in managers) so no one can possibly try and sort out my issue. Bad form indeed.
Advertised price denied
A ring in display cabinet said $299, they would not sell it to me saying it was actually a$1599 ring, very poor service they said I could have it at half price as they had a sale on, no it said $299 but nope they wouldn’t sell it to me even though that was the price ticket in the display cabinet, would never shop there again.
For back story, my product was purchase ONLINE Firstly, the product I ordered did NOT come on time.

If their product is low in stock (which is what they said after I purchased my product), they should make sure beforehand and monitor their products efficiently in which they should inform their customers on their website by saying “low stock” or even in person. Head Office customer service
After getting the run around from a store about a pair of earrings I wanted and apparently could not get I called head office. Chantelle was fantastic and awesome found them for me and updated me daily on when they world arrive. Receiving them next week and I am super excited thanks to her. More staff like Chantelle and her service Bevilles is required in your stores.

This retail chain is rude in a way that is annoying. Take it from me I've been buying from them for years and have not been treated with the loyalty & respect I deserve. Their products have nice designs but very low quality grade diamonds. It's cheap due to mass production and faults. In the past year they have lost or delayed two of my repairs. Their loyalty program is a sham as I've been stripped of my points on multiple occasions. Incompetent staff run their retail stores and also head office. I placed an online order which got processed and...days later I was hit up and haggled to pay a difference. I refused to pay and without my permission they cancelled my order for a petty difference. This jewellery chain is irreputable and break Aus consumer Law. You might as well buy a diamond from a weekend market. Buyers save yourself the pain & energy and buy from a classy jeweller who have manners & provide great after sales service. What might appear value worth in Bevilles will cost you another way with bad service and cheap staff. you won't get your bang for buck and staff will claim your vouchers before you get a chance to use it. Obvious the company has breed a bunch of crooks who will stop at nothing to prove the customer wrong. They are in for a rude shock by double crossing their customers and keeping up their cheap unlawful conduct.
Poor quality and bad customer service
I was given a $500 necklace from my boyfriend for my birthday and the first day I wore it was to a family lunch. Within 6 hours the chain snapped and the diamond pendant had obviously fallen off and was lost. Despite insisting on a 365 day warranty, Bevilles refused to replace/refund as they allegedly claimed it to be my fault. They stated the chain links in the necklace had been stretched 3cm by a pulling force. I took the chain to be assessed by not one but two independent local jewellers who showed me under a microscope that the links weren’...t stretched. They also informed me that it is impossible for such chain to stretch 3cm. There was also inconsistencies between staff regarding the chain, some stating it was only be a display chain and others stating it was 9 ct gold. I still don’t know what the chain is, if it was a display chain I should have been informed, if it is 9ct gold it should be strong enough to hold a small pendant. They also falsely advertised the necklace is 9ct white gold. Under a microscope you can see the chain is in fact 10 carat. The reason for this is that white gold only comes as 9 or 18 carat in Australia and they’re attempting to conceal their products aren’t made in Australia. After numerous times contacting Bevilles they still refuse to answer any of my questions in relation to their failure to meet numerous consumer guarantees under the ACL and prefer to just state it is my fault. 6 months later I am still trying to settle this manner and have to go to tribunal. Typical example of a big and powerful company taking advantage of innocent consumers.

This is a good review, I am reviewing after my spectacular day out, I had lunch, I ran hell I even cried a little but that’s all good that happens... anyway this jewellery saved my life (wife) from leaving me, the diamond boy umesh kumar hooked me up with some great diamonds the deal was such a good opportunity I had to buy two, because of this guy thais amazing warlock he just warms the customers heart by his positive and knowledgeable talks amazing I’ll come back for more diamonds because of this “wiz kid” umesh Kumar wizard
Disappointed in product and service
I bought my wedding band from Bevilles Chadstone from a hungry sales lady who used all her skills to encourage me to buy the ring, if only the service was this good when i returned with the same ring i wore less than three months and woke up with it completely out of shape and diamond fallen out. I was told that i would need to be out of pocket as they use their diamond specialist to quote. Really Bevilles? I was not told that my wedding band would be too delicate to wear to bed or wash dishes in and couldn't last 3 months! Will never shop here again and will advise anyone I'm in contact with to refrain from doing so.
