DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING
Brought a diamond ring from there parramatta store , not long after the diamond fell out ( great workmanship) I was told it will be under there warranty , when I go to get the ring I’m told I need to pay $70 long story cut short paid the money which I shouldn’t have Brought ring home the diamond they put in is not the same diamond they’ve put it wrong ( sideways) and they’ve damaged the claws that hold ring take it back to the store who ship it or to head office after 2 weeks I get a ring that looks even worse diamond is still in sideways and t...

Delivery takes to long
I ordered a watch online as a gift for a 60th. I needed it within 7 days. I’m in Sydney they shipped it from Melbourne took 4 days to be dispatched I got the order 12 days after date of initial order. I went to the party without the gift. The dispatch time is too long and 12 days waiting time is excessive. Blaming covid is still too excessive.

Unprofessional and poor timekeeping
Yesterday we went to go the the TTP Store and as we had a busy day, googled your website for opening times 11am. We got there 20 minutes early and sat and had a coffee in the mall opposite about 6 feet opposite the store and watched two female staff walking around the store . During this time one left and the other was trying on rings, looking at herself in the mirror and using her phone. We were there to return a seiko watch under warranty to get it fixed as after 10 months it is not working we were assisted with this but told it is going to take 10 weeks which was not very pleasing as I am without a watch during this time or will need to purchase a cheap one to get through what is nearly three months to repair a faulty product. When I tried to ring today wanting to give this feedback personally I have mad several attempts to contact both your customer service and HR areas but have not had a call answered by a person on any of the available options via your telephone 1300 number despite about 6 attempts. Don’t be fooled
Gold faded on $3000 chain,chain was kept in box that it came with and worn only a handful of times on special occasions. Was told this is normal. No exchange,no refund or money back would be accepted on Epping Neville’s behalf. They mislead and are not honest when purchasing products from them and are educated from head office how to avoid any corresponding requests. Never answer phones. Never call you back. [Profane Content Removed]. Don’t be fooled and go elsewhere. Spend your hard earned money on company’s That will honour their warranty. There is nothing good to say about any of the staff or their head office but stay tuned as I have sold the story to current affair.

Disgusting “USED” piece sold to me instead of brand new eye pendant.
I’m very shocked to open box of a returned/used filthy gold eye pendant. I chose it in store brand new and when at home opened it to put on chain it was rusty, scratched up worn looking, loop that chain goes through has black/green inside which is unhygienic. Heartbroken shattered i am.

Poor Customer Service Blacktown
I purchased a bracelet at Parramatta store on Tuesday 22 December 2020. The human operative gave the wrong item and later when i mentioned to customer service over the phone that they gave the wrong item they said go to Blacktown store.
On 24 December i went to Blacktown store to exchange the bracelet as suggested by customer service on the phone.
The manager at the Blacktown store rudely said that she knows everything as she is the manager and cant exchange it. She spoke loudly and said go to parramatta store.

Can do better
Overall experience was great apart from when went to pick up the ring been told twice that why can’t find where it’s kept. Even though the sales girl told it’s ready to go.
Sales girl - Dulini was amazing, very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. The others I dealt with were like I don’t care.

Wrong product sent, they won't honour the sale
Bought a product online, was sent a different, cheaper product after 10 days (express post requested...). Bevilles refused to send the advertised product for the price I had purchased it for, despite it being in stock. Customer service advised "despite all reasonable precautions on our part, this website cannot be guaranteed to be error free". Beware - you may not get what you ordered online. They will waste your time and just give you your money back after a few weeks for their error. Stay away!

Knox City - Worst customer service
Appalling customer service and experience at the Knox store. I needed to return a ring that was initially purchased and paid in full for at another store. They didn’t have it in stock therefore I had to wait for them to have it sent from another store... during that time the stores had closed due to COVID so the ring was sent to the head office who then delivered to me almost 2 months later. Read morean email to the Knox store to inform them that I was going in to get a refund as long as the ring was in good condition! I went to the Knox store to return this ring which was UNTOUCHED.... that’s when everything went downhill. The first attendant I saw and spoke to was nice to begin with, I was telling her why I was in the store, to return the ring and half way through my conversation with her she started waiving at people behind me and completely ignored me. I stopped talking, shocked at how rude she was. She then told me I had to speak to the manager. I eventually spoke to [Name Removed], the manager, explained the situation and informed her that HO had sent her an email. Her initial response was appalling, she smirked and said that she can’t take the ring because the refund would come out of her days sales! She then told me I had to send it to head office in order for them to deposit the refund in to my bank account! I explained to her that I spoke to HO and they approved it as long as the ring was in good condition. After a while [Name Removed] then said that she would need to assess the ring, she took the ring out the back, came back to the front of the store and told me there was a scratch on it!!!! I was absolutely furious! [Name Removed] then said she would need to send it to HO for them to assess the ‘scratch’. I couldn’t believe it to be honest, I knew exactly what her intentions were. The ring was sent back to HO, there was NO scratch on it and I eventually got my refund deposited in to my bank account. [Name Removed] intentions was to not process the refund from the beginning and lied about the scratch so that the refund wouldn’t come out of her daily sales... Poor quality
Ordered 2 products online which looked fantastic valued at over $1000. Received them and they looked like a $5 lucky dip prize. Dont waste your money here for falsely advertised products.

Scam to charge $80 for resize
Westfield Bevilles Plenty Valley made us wait for weeks after weeks for correct size of ring we chose.
And seems there main intention was to sell a size smaller and charge $80 to resize.I finally got refund.
I checked with some other friends and same experience. Please be cautious of this tactics they use to charge you.
I think even if they have your size they will say no and charge $80.
I will never ever go to Belevilles Westfield Plenty Valley

Both Rings Wrong Size!!
My partner purchased 2 rings for me. Due to COVID we been shopping online, he paid for express post as well for it to arrive on my birthday. However, We ordered both in size Q but we got a S/P. Had to get it checked at the store and the girls couldn’t believe what they did. On the order form it said size Q for both when they weren’t. Couldn’t find the same ring at the store which I really wanted for my birthday :( , had to pick something else sadly. I won’t be shopping online with Bevilles. We don’t like running around for returns, it shouldn’t be our problem. The stores aren’t close to us.

Fixing a faulty lock in jewellery for 85% of the full price !
My wife had a bracelet from Bevilles rarly used it and found the lock loose sent it to the shop to be checked they called us to quote the cost of the fix which was 85% of the brand new jewellery price ! When we went to the shop to discuss it -Westfield liverpool - staff member was not helpful, not caring . We decided to never buy again from this shop

Worst customer service ever!
I ordered a necklace and a bracelet from their online store on 7 August. Rather than sending the necklace I ordered they sent me a random pair of earrings. I made contact with their customer service straight away and they provided me with a returns label. Unfortunately I reside in Victoria and I couldn’t go to the post office to return the earrings due to Covid lockdown restrictions. I asked whether they can send me the necklace first as it was supposed to be a gift and I will return the earrings when restrictions eased. They said no. I asked w...

Throughout the whole exchange I was the one suggesting ideas to try to resolve the issue they created but I was shut down each time. On 6 September, I again tried to resolve the issue by offering an alternative idea: I will keep the earrings and save Bevilles the cost of postage (both for the cost of return and posting the necklace to me) in exchange of them offering a discount on my next order. I didn’t specify what discount I wanted so it was up to Bevilles to make an offer. I thought if they wanted to keep me as a customer (I love buying jewellery and I’ve bought from Bevilles for years) they will agree to compromise. I received a reply today (16 September, 10 days later) saying that it would be my choice to keep the earrings and they’ve done everything they could by providing me with a returns label. I guess they don’t wish to keep me as a customer as they are not smart enough to realise that by offering me a discount on my next order I would actually be making another order! But then again what smart person would actually mix up a necklace with earrings?! And has anyone noticed that they’ve been increasing the prices of their jewellery all year?! Purchased an Id bracelet, 3 days after wearing the clasp broke. It completely split in half and opened. Jeweller said it was my fault that I broke. Which was impossible. To replace it cost my $40. Even though the bracelet was only $100. They gave it back to me tarnished. I said I wasn't happy with it and they said they would have to charge me again to fix. I thought It was completely unfair so I left. Now only 1 month after the purchase one of the links snapped. Poor, cheap quality. Not worth your money. They blame you for the quality if it brakes and charger you. Warranty means nothing

Would not recommend
We walked in at 4:49pm today at the Narellan Store. Lady was already mopping the floors they still had 2 customers in store which they were okay with but when I walked in with my daughter and sister we were instantly stared down at. When I realised the lady mopping was eyeing us out, I left the store but continued to look from the outside but the lady with the short dark hair decided it would be the right time to speak rude about us to the other colleague working. Mind you after the whispers they turned around and looked at us.
I went in to purchase earrings for my daughter but instead I was given no help and three faces of judgement for no reason.
Will not be back and do not recommend to anyone.
