We bought an oven from Kerang store on Tuesday only to find on delivery that it had no racks contacted store Tuesday afternoon.Went into the store on Wednesday to be told that they had contacted the rep and the racks would be here in a day or two.Went back to the store today Friday to be told give us a fair go mate!!I didn’t know they weren’t in there!!(This was a display model so they should have known)When asked when they will be arriving we were told they had been ordered and would be here next week sometime?? These things don’t happen overn...ight! Useless I have 3 handles that I don’t know what they are for and no racks!! Such a pity as there are only two appliance stores in town...guess where we will be going next time we need something...NOT BI RITE We will also be contacting the Office of Fair Trading because no one buys an oven they can’t use!!
Questions & Answers
I would like to replace my current oven with an oven microwave combo, stainless steel trim preferred. I like the look and reviews of the Westinghouse 44L Built in Combination Microwave Oven WMB4425SC in Stainless Steel not the Dark SS. The measurements of my current oven is 59.4W x 56.0D x 59.4H. The Westinghouse is 595W x 568D x 454H. Will this fit and do you install and remove old Oven. Many thanks in advance. Sue A Brisbane

Hope this helps! - Matt
Has anyone bought their back-up plan ($99) for appliances and think it is worth it?
Wondering whether anyone has had experience with the Bi-rite store in Bayswater Melbourne? Also wondering how they manage to keep their white goods prices so much lower than the major operators.
