I have used many carriers and platforms over the years. These guys are all over it if there is ever an issue and solve the problem in a very timely manner. Excellent local service. Very happy with the level of support that is quite rare these days.

We have been having problems with interstate freight until we started with Big Post. The website is easy to use and the best thing about it is that you know what your freight charge is going to be before you even book the freight. This makes costing our jobs so much easier and accurate. Apart from the accurate pricing the delivery lead times are pretty accurate too.
Efficient and affordable
Excellent service at a reasonable price. Using Big Post gives my business a choice of carriers and Big Post's higher volume rates are passed on to my business. The booking process is quick and easy and I have always had good service with speedy pick up and delivery. The Big Post staff are very friendly.

Competitive, Great Customer Service, Range of Transport Companies
Big Post offers the choice of major freight companies like TNT and Toll at very competitive prices. Their website is super easy to use and gives you all the information you need. Their customer service is outstanding, thanks Stefan!

After many years of dealing with incompetent freight companies whose communication and service is generally appalling it is a breath of fresh air to be dealing with the opposite, Big Post and Emilia keep it up.

Great for Larger Items!
Freight has been an ongoing issue for us, as a lot of our products are large. BigPost has very competitive rates and we are extremely happy with the service! Recommended!
Fantastic service and value.
We run an online business and were approached by Archie from BigPost. Our shipping costs have since been cut by around 30%. I rarely give reviews (good or bad) but have been so impressed with the easy to use dashboard and (most importantly) the customer service. I could not recommend BigPost more. Great value and great service.

the only unreliable carrier is Fastway for my area, driver no turns up after job booked in & no communication from the Fastway driver, but it's not Bigpost issue, actually Kelly helped to solve the problem.
Fastway is not reliable for certain area, due to the franchise business model.
Big Post is a fantastic platform for moving Freight. The online system for quoting & booking freight is so easy to use. Competitive rates are offered from a good selection of freight companies. We send freight all over Australia. All our pick-ups & deliveries run on time. Keep up the great work.

Super easy portal to book jobs, great customer service - especially when there is an issue.
Recently we sent the wrong product to the wrong customer, James from Big Post was incredible helping rectify the issue, really impressive. Only time I've need to speak to them in over 18 months of use, and because of our issue, not theirs or the carrier.
Pricing is better than our small business can get direct from the big carriers, and a much easier booking portal
No brainer... use them.
Jacqueline has, and continues to, go above and beyond to assist us. Competitive pricing, although the cheapest options arent available if you ship longer items.

A quick shoutout to the Big Post booking platform - I ordered something online and was a little skeptical that the ETA was the next day (castle hill NSW > Melbourne Metro)- my order arrived by 4pm on the estimated date. I did not have to call to follow up my order as I was able to access up to date tracking. Kudos to the team at Big Post especially to those behind the scenes that maintain this easy to use platform.

Great customer experience. User friendly site. No issue cancelling jobs. Sales Rep Eleni was a pleasure to deal with and followed up on any enquirers I had. With having multiple carries to choose from on one site really saves time.

I had a delivery which needed to be re-directed at the last minute and their Australian based customer support staff member (Bailey) was incredibly courteous and helpful! He kept in contact with me with updates and successfully re-directed the delivery. Incredibly happy with them. I have attempted a similar thing with a larger delivery company and they just gave me a reference number for my call but didn't do anything.

The website and online processing is very user friendly. I have been dealing with Archie form Big Post and he is fantastic. He has been really helpful and always responds within an hour of emailing him. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. All pick ups/deliveries have gone to plan so far, one was delivered 'short' only 2/3, emailed Archie, he followed up immediately and within 15 minutes it arrived. After dealing with another courier company and having a lot of frustrations, Big Post is a welcome relief.
Customer Service Champions
Efficiency of pick up and drop off is clearly based around the 'can do' attitude of the Big Post customer service team who communicate effectively with freight companies to pick up and deliver within expected time frames. Great rates for interstate 'ugly' and oversize freight. Great going guys !
Kevin Ta is my case manager, He helps me , not only my deliveries completed, But he gets out of his way to double check if my parcel has been picked up and delivered. What company does that? Time, price and efficiency is very important. I give Bigpost the thumbs up. The other companies I have used in the past said "Yes truck is coming", It never showed up, on a Friday. That made us loose one of our customers because of poor of service.
Customer had to wait till Tuesday week to receive the item.
