Nothing good to say after that experience
My parcels were dropped off by TNT on the 5th January. This same week I dropped in and asked if Big Post had received them, to be told they're not there yet. I chased these parcels 2 more times, once by phone, then another visit. I ended up dropping in again (12th) because TNT (NOT TOLL) had already delivered it to these guys on the 5th. After a bunch of confusion, it was discovered that my parcels may have come after hours, and not been "checked in" to the system. Read moreonsible have been spoken to about this before, yet they still do it. So let me get this right, it arrives on the 5th after hours. It's accepted, but then left sitting there for 7 days, until I come looking for it??? Nobody noticed 3 LARGE boxes sitting there for a week? Weird. Anyway, when I finally collect my missing packages, the guy tells me someone there changed the con note number on the boxes. WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT??? In the end, I've been given different reasons for why my parcels were "invisible". Anyway, I would not trust these guys to organise a large drinking session in a brewery, if you catch my drift.

Apparently its okay to be 6 days late.
Package was 6 days late from expected delivery date. Tracking information was incorrect entire time.
Had no communication from Bigpost. Every time I made contact I was giving different excuse from the truck broke down to traffic, etc.
Then told I would have to pay more money for an earlier delivery when package was already 6 days late.
No offer of a discount or compensation.
Impossible to rely on Bigpost anymore.

Door turned up damaged and broken glass.
Product turned up damaged. Sender was forced to refund part of the purchase so I could have it repaired. Very disappointing for both sender and reciever. Told would have to jump through hoops to get product replaced and was on a tight time frame. Door was almost one week late.

I was expecting delivery within 2days even tracking web page says. But nothing happened every time I call they said it is in transit (Frankston to hoppers I don't know how many days it takes ) .i requested call center people to give me contact details of the driver or someone so, I can pick it up. simple answer for Big post sorry we don't have details we just website.

Still hasn’t arrived - now 9 April. Called BigPost twice told the first time that it was in depot in Sydney, that it was 3100 parcel so needs a special vehicle and may need vehicle with crane!! Really? BigPost doesn’t have on hand a suitable vehicle for a parcel of timber boards 3100mm long?? Window of opportunity to have job done by current contractor closing fast.

Big post don’t have depots, they use third party carrier services like, StarTrack, TNT etc.
