Terrible print, impossible to get response
Printed photo that I had enlarged before. Earlier prints had beautiful light. BigW print was just brown and grey.
That's not the main problem though. THe problem is that there is absolutely no response to complaints. In store they refer you to the website. Online you get no response.
Poor quality engraving (burning) on bamboo cutting board
I ordered this bamboo cutting board with my own wording .
Firstly the quality of the engraving (referred to as burning) was very poor , the laser burning was of an inferior quality , so by the fourth line it was very faint.
Secondly there was an incorrect word printed .
The bamboo board itself is $2 product ( reject shop sell the same plain board) and big w are flogging it with engraving for $50.
I only paid $25. Special promo
When I requested a refund they refused.

Excellent quality and online customer service
I designed premium cushion prints for mothers day, received all on time and quality was excellent for 2 out of the 3 cushions. When I asked for a reprint of the 3rd cushion due to poor printing, customer service were very accomodating and reprinted with no issues. It turned out perfect.
Poor quality and poor customer service when questioned.
Being a photographer I understand that Big W/Kmart printing isn't going to be at industry standard, which I am okay with. 9 times out of 10 I prefer to print with Kmart. I didn't this time because the kiosks were closed due to coronavirus. After printing my photos at Big W instead, they were really bad quality and were all extremely saturated and some verged on being B&W. I figured maybe their printer ran out of colour. I approached the guy at the desk very apologetically saying "im really sorry to be this person" Also showing him on my phone ...what the photos were meant to look like. He spoke to me in a very condescending way as he said "well obviously pictures won't look the same on paper as they do on the screen". which I more than understand. After mentioning I understand photography and how it prints he then tried to compare his sister being a professional and if she prints with Big W then I shouldn't complain? I couldn't justify spending the money I did for half black and white photos. I eventually got my refund. This guy made a very difficult situation out of nothing and it has put me off using Big W for anything. Will definatly never print with you guys again.

Know better, choose better.
Received my large order, all photos were very poor quality. Grainy, heads cut off etc. I've emailed all week I've rang and been on hold for 20 minutes. No one responds. I went in store and they can't help. Very poor service and very disappointed with my photos.
Over a month and still awaiting family’s Christmas present
Ordered a calendar for family for Christmas within time frame received with incomplete calendar called and said it would be reprinted and still a month later awaiting family’s Christmas present to be reprinted called up local store numourous times to be told they will call when it’s ready.
Photo luggage tag.
The original photo luggage tag was disappointing The hole was punched on the wrong side thro the child’S face BUT I’m so pleased to report it was redone PERFECTLY! Thanks
