Poolside Wangaratta absolutely dishonest stay well clear of this business
They stole from me while installing a new chlorinator. After confronting them twice to have resolved they aren’t interested in accepting any responsibility
Poor service and totally dishonest

I built a pool when I renovated the house, and as it was my first ever pool, I had no real idea what i was doing. A quick Google search led me to Poolside Ivanhoe, They're not the closest pool shop to me, but after going in there to ask some questions about how i should be running the pool, I won't go anywhere else.

The staff are absolutely lovely and always available and happy to answer questions and give advice. The site manager couldn't be any friendlier. They did a great job installing our swimming pool, and although the contract said they'd only lend the temporary pool fence for 4 weeks, they allowed us to keep it until we had bought and installed our own pool fencing. 10 out 10 for Poolside Water World, Coffs Harbour!
Customer service is immaculate and they did an all round great job!
