You Get What You Pay For.

The suction is ok for kitty litter that our cat speads on the carpet every day and it's so handy and light to pick up and use. BUT after only 14 months of use, the battery only last about 1 minute before going flat. I replaced it with an Electrolux that looks the same but cost about 4 times as much. The first little test picked up SO MUCH dust from deep in the carpet that the cheap B&D vacuum couldn't get. My advice is to buy a higher powered model, at least 18v.

Purchased in at Big W for $90.

Not for Long Hair and Not happy with a carpet

published

It's ok on a hard floor, it does work. However long hair is always stuck on the powerhead and has to clean up every time. If you have long hair don't use this product.

Purchased in for $99.

Excellent little device - small and powerful

published

We live in a 4 bedroom townhouse and the downstairs is mainly wood flooring and some rugs. We keep this vacuum in the kitchen area to quickly clean up the kitchen floor and also use it for the rest of the downstairs periodically too. It picks up off the hard surfaces and the rotating brush helps on the rugs too. The dust buster part comes off so you can use it to clean things off the counter / corners etc. Can't live without it now. Excellent product.

Purchased in at Big W Online Store for $99.

Great for the boat and house

published

We bought one of these over 12mths ago for our yacht .
It's ideal as rechargeable - so we can charge when the generator is on and it's ready to go when we need it.
The hand held mini - dust buster part is great for getting into tight places - eg in the engine room.
The kids love to use it in their cabins as it's light and easy for them to use .

We use the full stick vacuum for doing the floors - marine carpet , quick and easy.

It's perfect for our needs . Couldn't be happier .

Purchased in at Goodguys for $149.

I’m using black+decker 2in1 vacuum cleaner 14.4v for 1 year and now the battery life has reduced drastically and I’m looking to replace the battery or buy a new one. I saw a 18v version but not sure how good and should I get it. My budget is about SGD$200. Any recommendation?
