Sales support seems like aftersales support
I just contacted Black Wolf via their web site's online chat to ask about the different years of manufacture of the Turbo 300 tents I have seen in stores, ie 2017 versus 2017/18. Online chat was painfully slow with responses but worst is that my question was intentionally avoided by just referring me to their web site information and then saying they don't know which stock is held in stores. Surely there must be at least one noticeable difference between the years of manufacture otherwise why is this being highlighted on the tents in the stores? Very poor pre-sales service by Black Wolf so I am not surprised by all the complaints in the other reviews about aftersales service problems. How could they not be enthusiastic to sell me a $1,200+ tent that would have led to sales of other BW accessories?
