DO NOT BUY A BLENDJET!!!

Brought direct 2 x blendjets, they issued a recall - both products I purchased fell with in the recall . Promised a replacement with in 4-6 weeks! Still waiting! ITS BEEN MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING!!!!! No help for customers service at all just the same run around story - they won't give me a refund either. DO NOT BUY ONE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!! I just want my money back now and they can shove their blender up their back ends!!!!! Show details

Scam Company - Class Action Lawsuit needed

I had a working blender. The company issued a recall to all blenders. The company told me I had to destroy the blender to get a replacement. A replacement was meant to be 4-6 weeks. 5-6 Months later I am still waiting for a replacement after 20 emails, they offer no refund and offer no replacement. IF ANYONE TAKES UP A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT I will happily join in. At this point the company needs to be sued.

Is the company run by incompetent robots now?

My Blendjet 2 stopped working. Blendjet said there was a recall so I received a new one in the mail. New one is faulty- it leaks at the base and a chunk of plastic broke off. Have been emailing and Facebook messaging several times since 22/4/2024- no response to all of my messages! Show details

Disgusting

There is no customer service, I had recall on old one didn’t get replacement so took up their offer of new blender at no cost hahaha RIPPED OFF I WAS CHARGED. Now they are asking for more photos of old blender I disposed of on receiving new one and still no refund. All these comments are the same re shocking customer service I wish I read them before purchasing. I guess they have sucked in heaps of people and making money of us by offering replacements and then charging again it’s not fair. I think we should all do a class action against blend jet there are enough angry customers Show details

Terrible product and company. Avoid

Avoid at all costs. The product is pretty bad, it leaks when blending and its very cumbersome to clean. But the worse is that in Feb I got an email telling me they were recalling the BlendJet 2 I got from their website asking me to destroy the old unit, send a photo proving I did it, so that they would send a replacement in up to 5 weeks. Nothing until now (April). Sent email complaining and they said they are having logistic issues but offered an upgrade with a new unit from the website. It is not an upgrade, its the same I had, I said yes but they went quite for 2 weeks already. No tracking, no info if it has been sent, nothing. Never again. Show details

Abysmal customer service/communication after a voluntary recall

After already waiting months for this replacement kit to arrive, I eventually got in contact with someone from Safety / Product Recall .

They assured me that a replacement kit was on its way and that tracking information would be available in a separate email. Quote below:

"I have processed a free replacement order for you (you should receive the tracking number on a different email shortly). I have also prioritized the order so that it is shipped out as soon as possible."

It's been over two weeks and I've received no such email and now the team isn't responding to my emails.

This is extremely frustrating and poor customer service. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Show details

Recall product never received the Item- Worst support

Few months back, when blendjet was recalled. I went to their website and send the request to get the replacement one. This request was sent it Jan and I was informed that it is going to take them 6 weeks to replace it.
Since then, I have spoken to them multiple times and I was told that there are delays and I should get it soon with same robotic reply.
Until last two emails where they completely stopped responding to me. I even had issues in the past getting my products shipped. Customer service is absolutely 0.
Never going to buy any products from them again and I would suggest people to get alternative like Nutribullet or other portable blenders which are widely available in Australia now.

Disappointment

It only does 3-4 blends of one smoothie before battery runs out. Basically, best would be to keep it on charger all the time. Very disappointed and considering getting a Ninja instead. Show details

Works great!

I Bought my blend jet in 2022 and its worked a charm. We are travelling Australia and its been used everyday since purchasing and has not missed a beat. Been over some of the roughest roads in Australia like The Great Centra and The Tanami Desert in the back of a camper trailer and still runs perfectly. Would not go anywhere without it! Show details

Out of date smoothie sachets

Absolutely disgusted
Bought 24 sachets, smoothie and protein and majority were out of date by a few months or close to use by date , January and February of this year.
Really should be a refund of my money

Was good when it would charge

This was amazing on the go blender. However after about 12months it does not and won't charge anymore. Was only use everyother day and $80 and cant charge anymore. Very disappointed. Show details

I’ve just bought the blend jet & I don’t understand why it’s taking so long for it to charge. I added my oats, banana, peanut butter & milk & it’s not blending. I have it charging now & the colour on the outer ring is blue. In the middle it’s white. Why isn’t it working. I only bought it last month & it’s the first time I’m using it.

I received my blendjet 2 & made a milk strawberry drink. I plugged my blendjet 2 in & it will not charge. No it has not been dropped or wet. I don’t know if it’s the cord which has not been wet or the blendjet 2. Can I have a new cord to start with & see if it’s a simple thing or would you prefer me to send the whole lot back to you.
