Overpriced and underwhelming

We recently purchased two custom made Roman blinds from Blinds on the Net. On the positive side, the blinds were made and delivered safely to our door within 8 business days which was very impressive. The installation video was also very helpful.
On the negative side, the blinds cost fifty per cent more than from other makers and the look of the finished product was not what we had hoped for.

Is there a manual mode for the battery motorised blind?
How much extra, if any, for the multi channel remote control ( presuming purchase of two motorised blinds)?
How much extra for the charger system for these blinds?
Is their a wall mount system for the remote?

I received your question ,however Im just another happy customer who purchased from them and left a review for others .You would need to call Blinds On the Net .They were very helpful with me every time I called with a question.
