I ordered a delux chocolate gift pack with teddy and card. Not only was it not delivered on the day, it had to be picked up from the post office the next day. It was filled with cheap rubbish such as wafers from Indonesia etc. and just a couple of blocks of Lindt chocolate with no teddy or card. The front door is area of delivery is a very safe place to leave items and no previous delivery company has ever not done so.

Absolutely appalling customer service. After speaking with the online chat (which there was an extended delay) and being reassured that the product I wished to purchase was available & could be delivered to the suburb I requested the same day as long as I place order by 1pm. I place the order well before 1pm. Only to receive an email 20mins later but did not see until an hour later after 1pm being told that the delivery would be done 3 days later. When I phoned Bloomex I was told that they could do nothing about it that it could only be delive...red on that day as the courier already had left. The best they could offer was a 2day delivery & a $5 refund for not delivering same day (as I needed). I was told they needed time to deliver to that suburb. After 30 mins & a very unsatisfactory conversation with the staff member, who seem to think it was funny that I was upset even when I pointed out that these were sympathy flowers. My requests to speak to someone in charge was meet with excuses & nor would she provide me with a contact name to speak with or to lodge a complaint with. As there was no satisfactory resolution I requested a refund.Only after reiterating multiple times that I required a refund did she process it. A total lack of professionalism, customer service & understand. Clearly the staff online and those contacted via phone are not providing the same information. As a result of this customer service I missed sending flowers on the day I required them to be sent as other businesses had already closed their same day delivery.I would not recommend this business
Order flowers for a friend whose mother passed away. Arranged next day delivery. Was notified the following day that they did not service the area. Requested money back only for them to miraculously
find someone who could deliver to that area. Flower, teddy bear and chocolates never arrived. They refuse to refund the money and the only response is “they could have been left at the door due to COVID19”. So are our of pocket $90 and friend has nothin. So upsetting.
A great disappointment in product and service
As typical of many of these services product replacement was required. However the replacement was no where near the value I paid for the initial order. When raised with the company I was fobbed off and told it wasn't the website's problem.
Do yourself a favour and save your money...

I have ordered twice through this company as the prices are so cheap compared to alternatives.
The first was a fruit basket that did not arrive and when I complained they sent a replacement which did arrive after the recipient had left hospital but contained zero fruit and was full of chocolate snacks.
The second was ordered 2 days in advance for my mothers birthday, they advised on the day of delivery they could not deliver to that area on that day so offered to organise a replacement through another company, but then couldn't deliver on t...hat either and pushed the delivery to the next day. By the time I got this information it was too late to organise an alternate. It’s now two days after her birthday and it still hasn’t arrived and I am asking for a refund. Even great prices don't make up for terrible service.

Pre- ordered flowers on Monday for a Tuesday delivery! Nothing had been delivered by 4.30 on Tues afternoon so I rang- oh so sorry we will look into it & call you back!!! Rang again at 5.30, still same story but we'll let you know!
Next call at 6.30 & still no delivery & no answers!!!
So after 3 calls all promising the world, nothing has changed & it's now wed- still no delivery or a call back to me!

Great selection of beautiful flowers
I have used Bloomex several times now and so far cannot fault their flowers and delivery. Prices are reasonable and same day delivery is available. The recipients of the flowers have all said how nice they were. I have never had any problems with Bloomex and will be using them again.
Did not fulfill my order, even though they accepted the order and took full payment. Notified me the day the flowers were meant to be delivered that they could not do it which left me scrambling around to find another florist able to deliver at short notice. Would not recommend

I would apply zero stars to Bloomex if given the option.
Order placed on July 08 and confirmed for July 09 delivery. The order was for a large bunch of flowers plus a fruit hamper.
During the afternoon of July 09 received an email stating that delivery had been delayed and would now be delivered on Friday, July 10.
Late on July 10 received another email stating that the delivery had been further delayed and now would not arrive until Tuesday.
Spent an hour online in a chat with a person who was unapologetic and un-helpful. After an hour in ...the chat with them they stated that the status of the order had been updated and that the order would be delivered on Friday July 09. On stating that, they closed the chat. At no time was what he had said, the truth. It was a blatant lie. Several follow up emails on Saturday July 11 received dismissive replies and did not acknowledge much less answer any of the questions that I had. I regret the time invested in trying to follow up on a situation that Bloomex have no intention of rectifying.

Extremely disappointed in flower order for my daughters 40th birthday. Flowers arrived close to 9pm at night. The flower arrangement itself was not of good value. It didn’t look at all like photo on the website, not including greenery as stated with some flowers damaged. I made two phone calls inquiring as to where delivery was. 1st call told it was in transit 2nd call enquiry never answered with a return phone call.
Extremely disappointing and will never use this florist service again.

Do not order from these people...Order delivered late and wrong order .Looked like garden weeds..I paid for extra large and got rubbish worth .They delivered by rufe driver in fastaway courier.My poor.Mother had major aurgery and gets crap flowers that I paid alot for..I will take this matter further.This is unacceptable
Questions & Answers
Why do you charge in US dollars and not mention that at checkout? Costs U.K. customers nearly twice as much.
Everyone visit BLOOMEX SUX on Facebook. It is a close group and there are many like us. Maybe we can take a class action or get A Current Affair to investigate?
