Do not order from them
You’ll be lucky to get your flowers before 7pm IF you get them at all. Birthdays only Comes around once a year! These flowers were a special surprise for my best friend and it was ruined because she’s still waiting at home waiting for her flowers to arrive. Thankgod I didn’t order them to her place of work like I was going to!
Don’t waste your time and money trusting this company with special occasions.

Customer Service is disgraceful!! I paid extra for next day delivery. The courier couldn’t deliver it so instead of notifying myself or the recipient they didn’t do anything. I had to contact them three days later and ask where it was. Mind you I called ten times and left two messages then I finally got through. They then wanted to charge me extra $15 again for delivery. The woman was very dismissive and couldn’t care less. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY!!!
Avoid Bloomex, there are better companies out there
Ordered a hamper for a Saturday delivery and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Received an email late Friday to say my ordered would be delivered on Tuesday. To late to cancel and organize something else. Take your money then alter your order to suitthemselves.
Terrible flowers and even worse customer service
RIP OFF flowers don't match what you choose. Three weeks and four emails later the customer service finally responded to offer 15% off next order?? That's not going to happen! I chose purple and white flowers only to get dead pink flowers! How embarrassing as it was a gift for friends.

Do NOT buy anything from this bodgy terrible company. Twice I ordered flowers for a grand childs birthday and TWICE it didn't arrive until 3 days later...AGAIN...When I rang them re my order they said that they don't deliver to the area I wanted!! AND they said that they sent me an email telling me this. Oh really? No they didn't!!! grrrr Funny how they advertise "world wide delivery" but for some unknown reason they cant deliver to a western suburb area. BULLS*IT Absolutely disgraceful. Save your $ and spend it somewhere else. You will only be...DISAPPOINTED if you go with this mob. What's the point ordering flowers for someones birthday only for it not to be delivered on the actual day!!!That's the whole point of ordering isn't it? PS they WONT refund you, they still charge for the flowers to be delivered.....LATE

Ordered flowers and chocolate for a birthday gift , the flowers were received one day early in an Australian post box , the sunflowers were dead with half of the petals gone. The chocolates were the wrong ones and when opened where white like old milk chocolate goes ... sent photos etc and the company would not do a refund but instead offered $50 voucher to use again on my $250 order

Why do you charge in US dollars and not mention that at checkout? Costs U.K. customers nearly twice as much.
Everyone visit BLOOMEX SUX on Facebook. It is a close group and there are many like us. Maybe we can take a class action or get A Current Affair to investigate?
