Worst communication I have ever had .Like many ,wished I had read reviews before using Bloomex .
I ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter in law as a cheer up as she is struggling with working from home and looking after her sick, elderly father during lock down .Ordering was the only easy part of what turned out to be stressful and spoiled the surprise I had wished for her . I did expect delays with deliveries due to covid-19 but not the terrible communication with Bloomex .Ordered on August 28 th and received email to asked if I would change to hampers as flowers may not arrive fresh .Thats was o.k. Enquired on September 4 th re.deli...very ,told it was in transit ,that was o.k.too. Further enquiries then became confusing and conflicting ,even receiving email to say order had been delivered when it had not .Live chat was useless though I did manage to get an Austpost tracking number Phone call went unanswered ,messages not returned and when I did at last get through it seemed to be an overseas operator who was hard to understand .In the end I lodged an enquiry re .? lost item with AustpostI had better service from them than Bloomex and within days was notified of impending delivery and it arrived on 12 th .September .As to quality of " hamper" I could have bought the 5 items at 1/3 rd cost from supermarket for what was in it .Would not recommend or use this company again. They did say they would let me know when delivery had been done and received that 3 days after it had .
Disappointed and I had to replace them myself the gift was so bad and wrong
I predetermining a bouquet of red roses that was shown as an arrangement with foliage and baby’s breath as a birthday/ wedding congratulations. I wanted red for love and an arrangement.
I got plain roses with brown outer leaves tied with a cable tie.
When I complained I got told they leave the brown leaves on to protect the flowers. Completely ignored the fact it was wrong colour and not an arrangement
Fruit basket & chocolates delivered late. Blamed on COVID. Ordered fruit basket got apples & small pineapple instead of mixed fruit as displayed on website. Received truffle biscuits not chocolates !!!! Again blamed on COVID but still charging same prices and no mention that this might happen when you order. Disgusting customer service and product. No offer of any refund.

Received flowers today from a friend. Man, I hope they didn't pay too much. These look like seconds on sale at Woolies. Mostly wilted, some very much so. Clamped together with a cable tie (!?!). This is the photo I took to send to my friend in appreciation so it shows the bouquet in the best possible way.

I recently ordered flowers for my husband for our 25 wedding anniversary. Placed my order 36 hours before the day. Flowers did not arrive on the day, received a message on the morning informing me that they were on their way, arrived the next day. Ordered a mason jar with roses, received a vase that was broken. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Gave them one star cause I had to, would rather have not given them one at all
Absolutely embarrassing products and service
I ordered a Lindt chocolate hamper and flowers for my mums birthday paying extra for same day delivery. My order arrived a day late and what was revived in replacement of the chocolate hamper was some Woolworths brand crackers and jelly and wilting flowers. I have tried to get a refund but all they want to do is offer me a store credit. Not good enough! Do not purchase as you do not receive what you order and it’s absolutely embarrassing! Photos of what was ordered and what was revived!

I have ordered Lindt hamper for my friend’s birthday.
I also advised them to deliver it on the same day between 2-3 pm.
The Lindt hamper was $100 but it was 50% off and the new price should be $50, but they have charged me extra $4.95 ($54.94) plus rapping $4.95 and delivery $19.95.
The hamper call LINDT HAMPER and on the website they have shown as all Lindt chocolates. Until 6 pm my friend didn’t receive the hamper and I tried calling the 24/7 Bloomax number and left a message. Also sent an email as well.

Everything went bad
Ordered flowers on Saturday to be delivered to my daughter on Monday for her birthday, Bloomex contacted me Via email Sunday to say they will deliver a hamper instead because of COVID nothing arrived until Friday after trying to cancel the order many times during the week.
The “ hamper” was something you could get at your local corner store for $10, very disappointing outcome, something I will never repeat, lost me forever
Worst company ever
Do not use This company. I ordered flowers for delivery same day paying extra courier fee to make sure but no delivery that day. Five phone calls later (they kept disconnecting me) and a promise for delivery the next day, still no flowers. The following day another call to have them tell me the flowers won’t be delivered until 5 days after the original order placing. Reason....the suburb is a long way from their facility!!! Unbelievable and the most atrocious service I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time and the distress over the flowers you’re sending, obviously for a reason for a loved one, they won’t arrive on time. I asked for a refund and I have to wait for a manager to contact me. Not holding my breath.

If only I read the review before purchasing. I placed an order for same day delivery, changed what I purchased so that it could be delivered same day for a bday present. Money was taken instantly from me. I received and email saying courier had received the gift but it was delayed and would be delivered until tomorrow. I was frustrated as I only got this gift for the promise of same day delivery, but accepted it for what it was. When tomorrow came and went without delivery my frustrations turned to anger. No notification it wasn’t being deliver...ed as promised. I emailed Bloomex with no response for 2 days and no explanation just got told they delivered to courier on time. I was told delivery fee would be refunded. 3 days later and no further communication or delivery I called Bloomex where the total disregard for customer service was apparent. Most frustrating conversation I’ve had and still none the wiser when my delivery would arrive. I was so embarrassed at this point. The fruit basket was finally delivered but I have no idea what it looked like. No refund of delivery was given as promised. Poor communication, terrible service, over promised and under delivered. Totally regret making this purchase and will NOT rely on Bloomex again. I sent several emails requesting information and couldn’t get responses but after purchase I received the please review us email a dozen times even after doing the review the first time. So infuriating not being able to get answers and being asked to do something for them which I had already done. Just pathetic really
I received flowers from Bloomex that friends had organised. It was a very small, uneven bunch with some flowers clearly passed their prime. Flowers from national supermarkets look better than this. I'm unsure how much my friends paid but after looking at prices on the website, in my opinion, they didn't get their money's worth. Also the original delivery was not made, and it took over a month for my friend to get the company to deliver. I would not recommend Bloomex.
Terrible, take peoples money with no product delivered
I ordered a hamper for same day delivery. There was no mention of any delays as the order was placed and paid additional for same day delivery. Product did not come, no messages left, 2 weeks later still no product or refund or acknowledgement. I have requested a full refund on multiple occasions via email and phone, they refuse to transfer me to a manager and you only get a standard email response. I suspect they have blocked my number.

Untrustworthy and unprofessional
I ordered a bunch of tulips with a glass vase and a card for my mother in law as she had lost her mother. I asked for them to be delivered the day of the funeral as, thanks to Covid, it was online. They arrived the day before the funeral, without the card I had written and paid extra for and not nearly as nice as the photo. When I called and complained they said they’d give me store credit. When I said I didn’t want store credit as I would not be buying from them again, they put me on hold without saying a word then hung up on me. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Terrible company, avoid them.
Would never order again
I never thought I'd need to read reviews for florists given I have never had a problem with one. But how I WISH I had read reviews for Bloomex before I stupidly wasted a lot of time, money and energy on them.
I ordered flowers for a friend living rurally for the anniversary of her 2 year old daughter's death on 24/7. I ordered on the day (Friday morning) for same-day delivery given the previous florist had rung that morning and said they couldn't do the delivery. I then received an email saying that the flowers would not be able to be deliver...ed until Tuesday, and they refunded me the $5 same-day delivery fee. I rang on the Tuesday night given it hadn't been delivered as mentioned, and the person on the phone said it was due for delivery that night... well that didn't happen. That was also the first and last time I was ever able to get through to the phone line. I used the online chat over the next few days and was basically told they were "out for delivery" each day, yet nothing ever happened. I left various voicemails and sent multiple emails, and it wasn't until I threatened the ACCC that I got a response. They refused to refund me, but told me that they would send an apology hamper but nothing about re-sending the flowers on top of this. It was painful waiting the 2 days for each email reply too. AGAIN I was told the hamper would arrive on a certain day and it didn't. Surprise surprise. Eventually, my friend, on the 13th August went to fill up her car with petrol and was told a delivery had arrived this morning for her. It was the flowers, and they were MOULDY (see pics attached). The card was completely ripped in half too (won't post pics as it has my friends details on it). So not only did they deliver flowers insanely late, they were absolutely disgusting and they didn't even deliver them to her house as I paid for...Just dumped them at the local petrol station. A couple of days later the same thing happened, her hamper (which was pretty small and definitely not worth what I paid for the flowers), was also just dumped at the petrol station for my friend to "happen to turn up" to receive. Absolutely not worth the time, money, stress and horrendous communication! I would push harder for a refund but I honestly cannot be bothered dealing with this rediculous company anymore. Flowers are the ONE thing you order that needs to get to the recipient on certain days. From the reviews here, this is pretty much never happening. How this company is still running is beyond me.
Ordered flowers, paid extra for same day delivery. Flowers never showed up. When you try and ring you have to leave a message and they'll call back. Never call back. When you try and dog Live Chat you get a computer generated message(s) from John. They never come back and answer questions. I will never order from them again.

Did everyone notice how the 5* reviews are mostly paid reviews! What a joke. Bloomex is committing fraud, offering a product and service that they do not provide. It's appalling that they are allowed to continue operating. I am interested to know who actually owns Bloomex and runs the company in Australia?
