The worst company. I made the mistake of ordering flowers for my nan who lives in a nursing home, with dementia, who lives in a small town 6 hours from me. Bloomex was the only option. The flowers never came and it has now been a week. I have been trying to contact Bloomex for an entire week, wasting a lot of time and energy and they never even answer the phone. Ruined the only thing I could do for my grandmother for probably her last birthday. Have finally got in contact today and they have so far refused a refund. The most disgusting, incompetent, embarrassment of a company. HOW are they still running????
Do not use bloomex: they do not deliver. Customer service is non existent.
I would apply zero stars to Bloomex if given the option.
Order placed on July 08 and confirmed for July 09 delivery. The order was for a large bunch of flowers plus a fruit hamper.
During the afternoon of July 09 received an email stating that delivery had been delayed and would now be delivered on Friday, July 10.
Late on July 10 received another email stating that the delivery had been further delayed and now would not arrive until Tuesday.
Spent an hour online in a chat with a person who was unapologetic and un-helpful. After an hour in ...the chat with them they stated that the status of the order had been updated and that the order would be delivered on Friday July 09. On stating that, they closed the chat. At no time was what he had said, the truth. It was a blatant lie. Several follow up emails on Saturday July 11 received dismissive replies and did not acknowledge much less answer any of the questions that I had. I regret the time invested in trying to follow up on a situation that Bloomex have no intention of rectifying.

Extremely disappointed in flower order for my daughters 40th birthday. Flowers arrived close to 9pm at night. The flower arrangement itself was not of good value. It didn’t look at all like photo on the website, not including greenery as stated with some flowers damaged. I made two phone calls inquiring as to where delivery was. 1st call told it was in transit 2nd call enquiry never answered with a return phone call.
Extremely disappointing and will never use this florist service again.

Do not order from these people...Order delivered late and wrong order .Looked like garden weeds..I paid for extra large and got rubbish worth .They delivered by rufe driver in fastaway courier.My poor.Mother had major aurgery and gets crap flowers that I paid alot for..I will take this matter further.This is unacceptable

You’ll be lucky to get your flowers before 7pm IF you get them at all. Birthdays only Comes around once a year! These flowers were a special surprise for my best friend and it was ruined because she’s still waiting at home waiting for her flowers to arrive. Thankgod I didn’t order them to her place of work like I was going to!
Don’t waste your time and money trusting this company with special occasions.

Customer Service is disgraceful!! I paid extra for next day delivery. The courier couldn’t deliver it so instead of notifying myself or the recipient they didn’t do anything. I had to contact them three days later and ask where it was. Mind you I called ten times and left two messages then I finally got through. They then wanted to charge me extra $15 again for delivery. The woman was very dismissive and couldn’t care less. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS COMPANY!!!
Avoid Bloomex, there are better companies out there
Ordered a hamper for a Saturday delivery and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Received an email late Friday to say my ordered would be delivered on Tuesday. To late to cancel and organize something else. Take your money then alter your order to suitthemselves.
Advertised picture vs reality fail!
These were advertised as 'Designer Sympathy collection' which I had purchased and sent to a friend who lost a family member. What they received was a bunch of cheap daisies, with many snapped broken in transit. I called and emailed Bloomex believing there was a mistake with my order, also letting them know about the stems damaged in transit, and was told twice that this arrangement was 'in accordance with our policy and description. 'Note: Actual bouquet will vary from photo' and no accountability with damage in transit.
Flowers received look NOTHING like the advertised photo. Terrible follow up customer service. Never use BLOOMEX!!!
Ordered a floral arrangement for the birth of our sister’s new baby, and the flowers that showed up look nothing like the picture of what we ordered. It was a sparse selection of flowers, not even in the right colour, in an undecorated plain jar. I emailed Bloomex twice and received replies back both time stating what we received is what we ordered even though I supplied photos of the dodgy delivery Vs what was advertised. Total waste of money and time. NEVER USE BLOOMEX as you don’t know what will turn up... certainly not anything that resembles the website photographs, that’s for sure. I have attached the pictures of what we ordered (Shades of Pink arrangement) and what turned up. Humiliating to say the least.
Questions & Answers
Why do you charge in US dollars and not mention that at checkout? Costs U.K. customers nearly twice as much.
Everyone visit BLOOMEX SUX on Facebook. It is a close group and there are many like us. Maybe we can take a class action or get A Current Affair to investigate?
