I was really satisfied with the overall course except, i was stuck on one question for 45 minutes, with no contact from your company. the question didnt outline the answers very clearly on question 9 in the final questions. I had to seek assistance from my sister. However, I managed to get there in the end and passed. could I please suggest a portable emergency contact number that is able to recieve messages within a timely manner especially during the holiday period. Thankyou

It was a very easy and simple course almost anyone could do. The usability of the website is much better than any other online training course I have completed. 10/10 I will recommend to anyone willing to complete their white card :)

Teaching of the course was great

The course involved a practical component which was a good way to test and train staff in how to use PPE.

The course was also developed in such a way so that the student can study and then learn on the way. A good efficient way to learn while at the workplace.

This was a new experience for me and it was well set out and explained each question with contextual videos if confused. Very happy with the service, but a little confused of what the course was going to consist of.
