Punctured run flat tyre
I rang the Melbourne central guys for a puncture on the way to work today. I was told to bring the car in ASAP and they would do their best to fix it or replace it that morning. Within an hour I received at text saying the tyre had been repaired and I could collect it at my convenience. To my great surprise, they fixed it at no cost to me whatsoever! Thank you so much guys! I’ve told all my coworkers what a great service you provided me today and with a smile!
Booked in to get two tyres changed at Browns plains store.male receptionist was rude and passively aggressive.it took over an hour for the vehicle to even get moved from the car park to the service area.(1 other job was in the 4 bay workshop).where it sat for another hour untouched while the supposed workers every now and then glanced into the waiting room snickering.i was actually embarrassed that a business could be run this poorly.after two and a half hours of waiting I was told I could load my own old tyres onto the back of my ute.no apolog...y was offered as to the absolute waste of my time at all..I have used this business many times over the last 10 years when different staff were running it but will never go there again..how it is even still functional is beyond me.as a business owner myself I would be absolutely disgusted by the way they treat customers

Emergency puncture in nearby car park, brought the tyre over for repair, 20 minute turn around and no charge. Awesome blokes!
Bob Jane T-Marts Nunawading (VIC)- a lesson
Bought 4 new tyres and the team had done a good job but I did request to put the best condition tyre on spare but it wasn't done. I went back to the shop and I believed he is a management says it's the best one but I said the manufacture year on the spare tyre still shows 2012 which was 8 years ago (if it had changed, it would be 2017). The gentleman agreed to change it for me, 10 mins after, a young man brought it back and I found that the manufacture year / week had gone. Looks like the gentleman spent some time using a machine to remove t...he manufacture year / week on the tyre instead of changing it. Well done. Is there anyone have a question "Bob jane nunawading is committed to the customer safety" as they advertised in the waiting room tv ??? I was told to go back with a free rotation and free wheel alignment after 3 months but if they didn't have time to change the spare tyre, don't think they have time to do anything free......

Rang saturday morning last minute looking for tyres. Spoke to Troy. Said to head there and they will help me out. Couldn't fault the service. Rattled off all the tyres on offer. I picked my tyre and he said it would be about 1 hour and 45 mins (absolutely pouring with rain) and I was out within an hour. Good price. Great service. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!
Full of craps and salesman lies - Bob Jane Kwinana WA
Bought 4 new tyres from Bob Jane Kwinana for my Mercedes C200 Compressor. Alignment guy did a good job and drive straight. Nice and polite guy too.
But after sales services were pitiful and terrible! Barely 2 days after the new tyres fitted, sound came from front right wheel. Went back BJ Kwinana asking to rotate the tyres and check what's going on. The guy at store name [Name Removed] (something like that or [Name Removed]) insisted that mechanic took the tyres out and screwed it back, where in actual fact it wasn't done. As I was beside the ...mechanic the whole time. Asked to lift the car up to see undercarriage if any loose cowling/covers (Mercedes has cowlings underneath the car) not tightened. Ignored my request and tried selling me that it was wheel-bearing issue. They only tightened the screws as the mechanic confirmed earlier after tyres changed, the screws were not tightened enough. Noise reduces after such screws tightening. Went back again the next day asking to rotate the tyres left to right and alignment again (as suggested by a license Mercedes mechanic the night before). Told this fella [Name Removed] I will pay for the fees - again gave me crappy answers. Did not bother to even jack the car up to look undercarriage nor bother to rotate the tyre despite me wiling to pay for it. Insisted and tried selling me it's the issue of wheel-bearing again. Told me he has Diploma in Auto-Motor...... In a nutshell, he is preventing to take responsibility for the issue! I will definitely complain to the WA Consumer Tribunal in this matter. I went to Mercedes mechanic directly, and immediately they said the issue was because the wheel was not fixed properly resulting in the sound!!! Lousy and full of craps Bob Jane Kwinana. NOT TO EVER visit Bob Janes Kwinana again.
I have been using the services at Bob Jane T-Marts Ferntree Gully for many years. Their service is friendly and totally dependable. I have even called them out of town when I was having trouble with a run-flat tire and they were very helpful with their advice. Their service always leaves me peace of mind re my tires. Thank you!

Sunbury's T-Mart based on the invoice ABN, is a Bob Jane Corporation Pty Ltd owned and operated store. I purchased a set of four Bridgestone tyres and a four wheel alignment before covid19 and found the purchase price and service both very good. I enquired how many days before the tyre would be in stock, and was informed that the size I require was held on site, as the store has quite a large upstairs storage area.
I did not have to request a printout of the 'before and after' computer alignment readings, as the printout was already stapled ...
Rang them for a quote on new tyres, spoke to a very polite salesperson who said he would do the same price as last time .. then when I rang back to book in I had a really hard time (with a different person) to get the same deal (abt $15 off full price)
He may have been the manager as he complained about overheads etc
2nd call was one of the worst sales experiences I've had

Had to get a puncture repaired, Friday afternoon, 5.30 everywhere else was closing. But the guys here, really professional had a few jobs going. But they said come back tomorrow morning, so went down and took them half an hour. I went to pay, and they said that I did not have to pay. But next time, if I need a service or tyres think about them. Really nice gesture and would definitely recommend them, car driving like a champ.

Rude customer service! Contradictory responses, only interested in avoiding and deflecting blame to get out of it as cheaply as they can. Not interested in doing the right thing at all and own their responsibilities. Don't waste your time emailing or contacting the customer service center... No call backs despite promises, you'll just chase them for ever.
Came in to get 4 tyres fitted with 4 pristine rims... Left with 3 rims damaged by the tyre levers. Followed by what I suspect is a falsified job card telling me my wheels...
Good price fir tires but lousy sevice
First of all to be objective they have a best price in town for tires.
But, this all go out of whack when it comes to service.
After changing 4 tires, one had sticker still affixed to a new tire and that tire was not balanced. Had to go to another service to re balance all 4 tires.
I was also, strictly advised to do alignment though I had no problems. After Bob Jane alignment my car now pulls to the left (on brand new tire). This mean I need to go and spend more money to get alignment done properly.
Not happy at all. Will never go to have business with Bob Jane in Wollongong again.
I found tyres for 179/ea everything included at Mycar. I requested they offer me 178 *4 + fitting fee.
They don't beat price as they advertise in their web site. And do not communicate to customers as well. Very bad. Won't go there any more

They always screw me over
In the past they advised buying 5 mags it would cost the same but that wasn't the case.
Another time they pit 17 inch wheels on my corolla and told me they didn't scrape... well they did amd needed replacing.
3rd strike they've now they've put two new tyres on my Mazda and balanced it incorrectly so it shakes.
Everytime they take no responsibility.

Missing lock nut and loose wheel bolts
A few weeks after replacing 3-tyres at Bob-Janes, my car on board computer signaled that the rear right tyre pressure was low. Upon further checks, I discovered a lock nut missing and all the wheel bolts to my 3-replaced tyres loose, the bolts on front tyres were completely loose and could be tightened using only fingers. The fact that the bolts to the 4th tyre (which was not replaced) were all tight and that lock bolts cannot be loosen without the specific lock key, eliminates plausible theft of the wheels. It suggests that Bob Janes failed...to tighten the bolts on my wheels after installing new tyres. I provided a factual email to the Franchise owner and asked for a thorough investigation to be conducted. My intent was to ensure this does not happen to other car owners as the potential consequences of such a lapse were dire. Within minutes of sending the email, the Franchise owner called me and was quick to deny all liability. I requested for a written investigation report and followed up with further facts of the matter via email. My email was subsequently copied to email@example.com on 8December2020. I have not heard from them since.
No genuine apology for their mistakes and the inconvenience they have caused
selected tyres following visit to the shop - booked in for the next day. 25 minutes later I was told I had a problem. the price jumped up significantly when they told me they offered me the wrong tyres. I would like to think they were genuine and just highlighting their lack of attention to detail, but who knows. I left feeling angry and disappointed. Not sure If I can rectify this before Xmas - thanks so much
Ridiculous service by Bob Jane Hoppers Crossing
The sales person Adam from Bob Jane Hoppers quoted on our tyres. He looked at my car and tyres and claimed will beat all quotes. we booked for 4 tyres . On the after leaving the vehicle received call advising they have quoted and ordered wrong tyres. the staff was casual and expressed as if this is there usual sales tac tic. despite I explained to them we have booked holiday in next 2 days and I need this organised asap they were very unhelpful;. they advised cannot get the correct tyres in time and further will need to advised of new price. C...omplete waste of our time. We should have gone with Costco at least they have knowledgeable staff . Now we are stuck and hole plan ruined as need to travel and will have to pay top price to get work done asap. SHAME on you Bob Jane Hoppers -

Pulled in without calling. The lads removed a nail that had not punctured the tyre. No charge and a free tyre shine. My missus thinks I fixed it, may get lucky tonight.

have bought tyres from bob janes now twice and have found the service to be good and i did not have to wait long for them to be fitted the last set i got i got about abit over 4 years i have got bridgestones this time round iv had no trouble with tyre noise i would recommend bob jane il be sticking with them

Had a puncture yesterday and rang Bob Jane Rockingham to see what they could do. With not long until they closed for the day the manager told me to come to store and they’d fix it within 15 minutes (if it was repairable). True to their word it was fixed in no time. Great customer service! Highly recommend BJ Rockingham.
Worst Customer Service and Product in Bob Jane
I bought 4 new tyres of Bridgestone Potenza from Bob Jane T Mart 2 years back. From the time of installation of the new tyres I have been advising the sales person that the tyres are too loud and not even. The sales person did not acknowledge this issue. I did perform the complete check on my vehicle whether this sound is due to brakes, bearing, wheels. Analysis performed by the mechanics and other experts in the field, they proved me by changing the tyres and there was no sound.
Even after paying the money, no service or quality product received from Bob Jane T Mart. They are just looters who want to make money for useless service and product provided. At the end customers can suffer but they want to make money
