Plastic on derma roller melts when cleaned with alcohol as per Bondi Boost cleaning instructions, unable to use as product cannot be disinfected before puncturing skin. I have been emailing back and forth for 6 weeks post receiving product fighting for them to pay return postage which was finally agreed upon but once product was returned, retracted and will not refund me. Company is dishonest and incredibly difficult to deal with, would not recommend!!
