Hit and miss products and I suspect their website filters bad reviews
I purchased about $500 worth of products in the last few months and returned about 1/2. Some of them are amazing and soft and comfy but some are a miss for varied reasons.
I reviewed all my purchases on their website in the last few weeks and none of my reviews on the products I rated poorly appear on their website, take that as you will.
Quality has gone down the toilet & terrible customer service
I used to love Boody but the newer colour undies in the navy and grey are shockingly bad quality. The elastic fell out straight away and they went saggy. Customer service is terrible, they never give you real answers it’s just all a copy and pasted response like a bloody robot. Terrible
Holes after 6 months!
Bought back in Aug 21, I have some other underwear which I rotate around. Just noticed there are holes on crotch. I never expected them to wear off so fast!

Holes after a year
I bought some womens briefs from Boody a year ago. They were super comfortable and I was happy with them. Unfortunately they now have holes in them in the crotch area. I’ve never experienced this with any underwear before and these are the most expensive ones I’ve bought. Quality just isn’t there.

Poor Quality Environmentally Friendly Shaper Crop Bra
I bought a pack of Shaper Crop Bras and the fabric is of poor quality as it is piling. I have a couple of hand me downs that aren’t piling as quickly or badly. I wouldn’t buy them again. I guess being environmentally friendly boosted the cost of making it.
Quick to pill
I liked the tank tops and short tights so much I bought more. But sadly I've found the tank tops pill quickly and look worn and old.
I won't be repurchasing.
Great vibe but poor quality and design
I have loved the idea of Boody. However the bikini and Brazilian undies have unravelled at the elastic top in a short time and the new Lyolyte undies are rougher than the bikini and brazilian ones after only 4 washes.
I have been sad to see so much nylon and elastane added. The Brazilian undies I have just bought are now a different material to the original ones too.
I also bought the lyolyte racerback bra. The straps are so thin and hard they cut in and left marks at the top of my shoulders for hours after. I returned them to try the tr...
Read moreiangle bras and the same thing. I have bought a shaper bra with and without pads. I am different sizes in both which was frustrating to figure out. I should have stayed with them rather than the new ones anyway.. The loungwear and pyjamas and singlets have been great. I have a love hate relationship with Boody and wish there was a company that would take them on and improve things as far as design, quality and sustainability etc...Great when you first buy, but hardly lasts so not worth the price
I used to love Boody, and still do. But it seems the quality is not what you are led to believe. At first they are great, soft and comfortable. But within a few short months the elastic has completely done and made them unusable. This goes for the tights, underwear and socks I have bought from them. It's a shame as I was willing to pay more for something I thought would be more eco-friendly and that would actually last. Won't buy again.
Not what I thought I was ordering
The underwear we bought looked good and felt good. However at the price we paid, we expected "slow fashion" - and the advertising led us to believe that we were buying a sustainable product. Sadly, the "sustainable" bamboo is blended with elastane, a plastic, making the fabric uncompostable and unrecyclable. That was disappointing, but the deal breaker was that these unsustainable clothes started to develop holes in the fabric within a year! So, fast fashion at slow fashion prices.

Product not worth the price.
An Aussie company that has China making its products, and cheep and poor quality at that. Where is the real Aussie company that can manufacture good quality products that last, right here in Australia. I had greedy companies.

Disappointing
I have been wearing Boody underwear and my new order of briefs aren't anywhere as thick and soft as a new pair from a previous order a few years back. Very disappointing!

Quality of Manufacturing has reduced
I have been purchasing and wearing Boody’s products since 2016 and have loved all of the undies, tops and bras that I have purchased. However, I purchased some more undies in January 2021 and within a month the waist band had deteriorated to the point where they were falling down whilst wearing them and I can’t use the x6 pairs that I purchased (Grey and Black in the 3 pack deal). I have sent photos through and Boody are currently reviewing the batch numbers etc, however, I feel product substitution has occurred by the maker or company. I am also concerned about the manufacturing in China now so will be looking for different undies that hopefully are Aussie made. A shame as the Boody products are normally top notch and so comfy.

Made in China, not that ethical
The underwear was great, the shirt I got had fluff on it after washing it once and I can only use it as pyjamas. The main issue though is that everything is made in China. I’d probably prefer North Korea over China.
I don’t see how this aligns with their values.

Beware the shipping fees when returning!
I received my Boody products in a good period of time from ordering and packaging was environmentally friendly, however the sweatpants didn't fit as I'd hoped and initiated a return & refund.
The returns portal is a great interface and while there was an option for store credit with additional 10%, I wasn't confident about my sizing based on the previous order's outcome.
I opted for the refund and I was really disappointed to learn that Boody don't absorb the shipping costs for the return and so I am now without a pair of sweatpants and out of pocket $10.
This isn't consistent with the cost-free service you experience with other online retail brands and so regrettably I won't be using Boody again now.

Boody Bamboo Underwear
I cannot comment on other items as I have only purchased underwear and socks but have hardly worn the socks. I bought a pair of the classic bikini underwear which seemed to be quite good. I subsequently bought multiple more as they are very comfortable and a great, flattering design. However, after a few months, they have all started to deteriorate at the front. It is seemingly quite poor quality. If they change their manufacturing to reflect the cost to create better quality items, I would reconsider purchasing again but I will not be buying from this company in the near future.
