Boody
Quality has gone down the toilet & terrible customer service
I used to love Boody but the newer colour undies in the navy and grey are shockingly bad quality. The elastic fell out straight away and they went saggy. Customer service is terrible, they never give you real answers it’s just all a copy and pasted response like a bloody robot. Terrible

Holes after a year
I bought some womens briefs from Boody a year ago. They were super comfortable and I was happy with them. Unfortunately they now have holes in them in the crotch area. I’ve never experienced this with any underwear before and these are the most expensive ones I’ve bought. Quality just isn’t there.

Product not worth the price.
An Aussie company that has China making its products, and cheep and poor quality at that. Where is the real Aussie company that can manufacture good quality products that last, right here in Australia. I had greedy companies.
Classic example of over-marketed under-performing
My girlfriend bought me a pair of these undies. I initially thought they were good, and so got about a dozen more pairs. After wearing them for a few months I can tell you they are lacklustre. For me, it's like having your bits strapped to your body, there's no pocket for anything. The design is such that it's like wearing a tube instead of undies. My stuff is either smooshed up against my body uncomfortably, or splayed against my leg for everyone to see. The company's solution to this is for me to buy a whole other set of undies. Why not just ...
Read morediscontinue the old ones? And while they are "moisture wicking" they take days to dry. As for being "eco" or "green" they're made in China and shipped to Australia! And they have plastic in them anyway, so not that enviro in the first place. Very disappointing. Customer service is rude too. When I complained about the products being weirdly fitting and uncomfortable for my junk, I was told to buy the new model. No thanks.Find out how Boody compares to other Underwear Shops & Brands

Expensive for Chinese products of inferior design.
I searched online for aussie made underwear and this retailer come up on the search. I purchased mens work socks and underwear (4 underwear/3 sock $86). I am an engineer so Im constantly active during the day. The socks are comfortable so no complaints there, but the underwear lacks support around the waist and around the crotch area. This is particularly noticeable during hot weather conditions. Due to the lack of decent elastic they become a mess and constantly require adjustment and seem to retain the heat more than any other underwear Ive e...

Additionally, when the package arrived it clearly said Made in China, but online during purchase it wasnt as obvious. Had I known this I would never have purchased. Not comfortable at all
They are ok as far as sweating goes but uncomfortable to wear. Not enough support in the crotch. I also purchased Step One underwear to compare and Step One are so much better. Wouldn't recommend

Very comfy
Website was very easy to navigate. These sock are definitely very comfortable, they are nice and thick but also don't hold the sweat. Definitely will be getting black ones tho next time as these one's do stain from dirt easily.

Protect the Planet...with Plastic?
I just purchased some socks and underwear which I love- no problem with the product. What I can't understand though is how they justify their eco stand when they wrapped the already boxed and cardboard wrapped items in PLASTIC! Only the socks came in plastic however, so it can't be unnecessary 'protection' of the items. Was SO disappointed to see this when I opened the box and had to shake my head when I read the inside of the box read 'For The Planet'.

I had a few pairs of the original boxers that I bought several years ago. I just bought and received 7 more and the material is much thinner and feels less robust. Has the material been changed?
