Zero customer service! Do not make the same mistake that I did...
I booked Fitzroy Island Ferry Day Trip almost a month ago (booking reference: MMVL21X2517303, 4 people, the total price of $240). On the booking page, they clearly mentioned that prior 24hours to start the tour, there is a "Free cancelation". Due to the brisbane lockdown, we couldn't fly to cairns and our holiday was cancelled. On 30.03.2021, I left a message for the bookme, explained the situation and asked for the cancellation and issuing of full refunds. At the same time, I emailed fitzroy island resort and asked for the cancellation. My mes...sage to bookme has been ignored so far. Although in the confirmation email of this booking it is mentioned" amendments, cancellations and refunds must be done via email: if you need to cancel or amend your booking please email Fitzroy Island Resort prior to the cancellation period (24 hours). firstname.lastname@example.org", Fitzroy island resource replied that "We are not able to make any amendments or cancellations to third party bookings so you will need to contact Bookme directly". The rest of the story is very simple, Bookme ignored my emails, and also no one answered the only telephone number that they have. Will do legal acts against them after Easter. Once they receive the money, they don't bother themselves to even respond to your emails.
Good customer service
I recently booked a wine tour in Melbourne however due to Covid 19 I could no longer go. At first they wanted to charge a $20 cancellation fee however after I emailed them again and explained the Government restrictions they refunded the full amount to my bank account and emailed me stating they refunded the money within a week. They must have many customers who similarly want a refund but are still delivering great customer service. I will definitely use them in the future.

No respond from Bookme.com.au and Trek North
I booked my trip for the whole family tp visit Daintree and Cape Tribulation around Cairns. After full payment the tour operator (in this case Trek North) should confirm the pick up details. We paid this trip in full on 3rd October but we didn't get any respond from Trek North. As we contacted Bookme.com.au they answered that we will get respond from Trek North. Now also Bookme.com.au fill no responsible for this difficulty and no answer my questions.

Bought a boat tour in Sydney one day prior to going the next day we went there totally disappointed to what we expected and our expectations didn't meet we had 2 young kids that were crying and scared to get on that boat now they not refunding us they are a rip off
Awful No Refund
Didnt receive a refund and really bad service. Once taken your money, they dont care about you at all. Dont deal with these and be left $1000 dollars down like I am

Can I please have the phone number for Bookme.com.au? The tour I want says they have 2 tickets left and I select 2 people and.click book now then it says there isn’t enough room. From my experience that is number of seats available on each trip. If you click on that slot it usually then brings up the different deal prices available.
