Bought 2 items on eBay 3 weeks ago. No update on auspost for 18 days. Boozebud just sends robotic messages and doesn't respond to eBay disputes. Also lied about raising an enquiry with auspost. Absolutely pathetic service. You'd be better trying to have a drink from your toilet than using these clowns. At least dan murphy's gives you your booze when you give them your money. Where is my money you absolute scammer?

You’re only as good as your last customer interaction and the one I received left a sour taste in my mouth. Almost as bad as the expensive expired beer I had to throw away.
I ordered 4 cases of craft beer prior to lockdown (late April) and they have been stored in my dedicated beer fridge. I like to have a range of beers to drink as I’m a craft beer lover so purchased Balter, Pirate Life and Stockade. I popped open a can of Balter recently to find it undrinkable much to my surprise as I had drunk a can from the same case 2 weeks beforehand. Af...ter opening another couple and realising they were all off I checked the expiry and found them to be expired mid Sept. Not sure if I was more astonished that they had gone off so quickly (normally expired beers are fine for a few months at the very least) or that BoozeBud had sent them to me so close to expiry. Having checked the Pirate Life and seeing the same issue I contacted BoozeBud. The response was very underwhelming. They just quoted their T&Cs, told me I had to complain within 30 days of delivery (to say what?) and that 4 mths until expiry is perfectly acceptable to them. They didn’t even bother to respond to my 2nd email. Alex signed off with a ‘Sorry for any inconvenience’. It’s not an inconvenience throwing away $80 worth of beer, it’s a damn tragedy!!
Purchased 3 x Crown Ambassadors expecting to receive the product they had displayed on their website (see 1st & 2nd image attached) but instead received recapped bottles, seals missing, and individual numbers and COA removed. If you plan on purchasing a premium product from BB, I recommend reaching out to them first to confirm exactly what it is you'll receive.
Pathetic customer service
I'm missing part of my delivery and trying to get in touch with someone but it's literally impossible. There is no contact number and chat isn't attended by any real person. Not happy and not using Boozebud ever again.
Poorly handled complaint
Was a big fan of the service until my last order. Got an email about free next day delivery so thought I’d take advantage. Ordered a case of craft beer and a selection of nice wines and asked for delivery between 1-5pm. I waited in all day but no sign of the delivery. I then left for work and later got a call from the driver saying he had arrived. I told him I had left already as he was late, he then told me that he was leaving it outside my building. I told him I wouldn’t be home until 2am and it wasn’t a good idea to leave booze outside a blo...ck of 30 apartments on a Friday night. I was told I had said I had given authority to leave (which you automatically agree to when ordering, and have to manually go into the agreement to not give so watch out for that). My order wasn’t there when I got home so I filed a complaint explaining the situation to boozebud, providing call logs of the time the driver rang me and the email confirming the order had been completed. They then contacted the delivery company who confirmed everything I said was true (which took a few days) they then said i had given permission for it to be left so their policy is that it was my fault. I couldn’t believe the outcome and the amount of time it took. Why did they have to contact the delivery company if they were going to reject my complaint anyways? I also argued that if I had given permission for it to be left, I only agreed for it to be left between 1-5pm. Which I proved it was not. Apparently it can be left anytime it arrives, not the time slot you pick so again watch out for this. Overall, whilst understanding that orders can be late and boozebud didn’t cause the issue directly it just seemed really unfair that I was blamed and left a couple of hundred dollars out of pocket. Would advise not to use the service and I will not be using it again and telling everyone never to use this and stick with Dan Murphy’s delivery who have excellent customer service.

Cancel orders without any notice and very poor customer service. Would not recommend or use again. It’s a shame. Definitely hit up smaller bottle shops instead.
Couldn't cancel no refund
I tried cancelling immediately after ordering,but no contact number,no one on the chat line and when I eventually got a response from email they said that the item has already been despatched

This was the promise from Boozebud but when contacted when the offer was not forthcoming they squirmed out of it saying I was misled. Then ignored me when I complained.
DEAL NOT AS ADVERTISED
People be aware, I ordered 6 by 1 litter vodka Belvedere,but when parcel arrived there were 6 by 0.7 litre with illumination. I know prices by heart. I only ordered because it was good advertised deal for 1 litre and I would never buy bottles with illumination for such a ridiculous expensive price for 0.7 litre. As soon,as I got parcel,I went to website-the deal disappeared. Probably other thousand people been ribbed off
Ordered 3 cartons of beer. Delivery day came and no beer. Received an email to say it had been delivered. Looks like the idiot has either delivered it to the wrong address or kept them himself. On top of that you cannot contact them > when sending a message they advise they will be back in touch in 2 business days. What a crap service
Do not use BoozeBud if you live in W.A.
Ordered $670 worth of booze on the 20 March 20 given eta 27 March 20 still didn’t get it by today 10 April 20. Obviously failed all of the etas due to Coronavirus. I’m now told I won’t get a refund until the returned goods have been received..I’ve been scammed. Didn’t see the goods as advertised (they simply should halt trading as Australia post aren’t capable) and now my money is reliant on a broken supply chain for goods return, when will that be? They couldn’t deliver, and now I’m at their mercy. Do not use BoozeBud
STEER CLEAR! Incompetent customer service
Ordered a case of 2015 Langmeil Valley Floor. Upon receiving the case, I was confused to have received the 2017 vintage, despite their site advertising the 2015 vintage for sale. After speaking to what felt like the entire customer service team, I was eventually refunded.
Unfortunately, I was forced into making a second order, as part of my previous order was refunded as a BoozeBud credit given I had used a Groupon voucher for the previous order. I ordered a case of Grant Burge Filsell on Sunday afternoon, selecting express next day delivery ...(which was free) as I was hoping to receive the case before Christmas and before the next wave of high temperatures set in. I'm sure you can understand my frustration then when I received a confirmation email saying the order would arrive by December 30th. Again, I had to speak to the entire customer service team to get any sort of resolution. I was orignally told the item was already with AusPost, so the order could not be cancelled. Instead, I would have to wait for the delivery to arrive, and then return it via my local post office (not a chance I was going to do this - their mistake, their issue to solve). Eventually, I was told the order could be cancelled as AusPost were able to redirect the delivery back to their warehouse (despite being told this wasn't possible). The customer service representatives I spoke with resorted to using condescending language - "mate" and "righto". Grossly inapprorpriate. Was eventually told that customer service had "dedicated too much time to this issue". Unfortunately I am forced to make a third order as, yet again, I was partly refunded with a BoozeBud Credit. I look forward to the next screw-up.
Appalling Customer Service and Charged Incorrectly
I took advantage of a 'BDAY15' promotion to get free shipping. I was charged shipping for my $200+ order! My 'next day' delivery ended up being next week! My numerous emails sent to BoozeBud asking for them to update my delivery address (so I could get my order sooner) was a complete waste of time and not actioned and I was issued a 'BoozeBud CREDIT' for the delivery charge rather than having the fee refunded back onto my credit card. Be extremely wary when placing online orders - no one at BoozeBud is willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers. Oh, and if you are charged incorrectly, you will be issued with a credit, Not a refund.

Beware. My delivery to Hobart was routed via Perth and took 3 weeks, despite paying over $20 delivery charge. Nobody took responsibility or apologised. Very unimpressed.

Hey there Pam, Our delivery times are based on where you are located. Usually 3-5 days however, same day and next day delivery is available for metro areas. This being said we have had an influx of orders through this new lockdown and are experiencing some delays. Got part of delivery missing 5 slabs. Where do you actually get answers for where the rest isDelivery info saying delivered. C a few having this trouble
