It specified delivery in a week, it’s been 3 weeks and still not here. I couldn’t find the specific wine in stock anywhere but booze bud so lm guessing they didn’t have stock either but keep pushing delivery date back until they do.
My order was promised between 1pm and 6pm which did not happen. Had a house full of visitors and no wine, had to rely on guests to go shopping for me.
ORDER ARRIVED 9.25PM, Back to Dan for me.
Ordered with same day delivery window of 1-6. But never came and no tracking. It was supposed to be a gift - 18 yo whiskey- but ended up buying another one in Dan Murphys. I want a refund and dont bother delivering my order. Delete the same day option if you cant deliver!!!!!
No delivery, poor customer service, unreliable
I ordered through boozebud $160 worth of product the week before my delivery. I particularly ordered through them as on their website they claimed that their delivery could come on Tuesday and they had next day delivery (so I assumed I would get my order) and paid $12 for it to come in a specific time slot. If I had known that there would be delays and lack of customer service I would not have ordered. I Wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase through them if you need it for a specific event. Why have times and next day delivery claims when the b...usiness can’t commit to it? Utter dishonesty. On the day it was meant to be delivered, my delivery did not come and I received no information in regards to my delivery or delays. I reached out to customer service and asked them to track my order and if they could confirm when it would arrive. They never gave me a straight answer and said there was a delay with the warehouse and it would be delivered the next day. The next day came and there was no delivery and as I was going camping on the weekend, I needed the delivery before leaving Friday. Suggested to pick my order up instead since they had 0 updates on my delivery or when it would be delivered. I would not recommend to purchase through here. Do better boozebud.

Charges eye-watering delivery fees to Tasmania. 17 days ago still no sign of my parcel. Poor show. When you’re competing with bottle shops you need to do better.
Paid $12.95 for a specific delivery window and the item didn't show until 3 days past the delivery time. Tried calling the delivery service and no answer on the phone. Avoid this company for time-sensitive deliveries.

Long a time user of these guys and usually it's not bad. Last week takes the cake as perhaps the worst customer service experience I've had in my life.
Basically ordered $160 worth of stuff for Christmas. Paid $12.95 for next day delivery within 1-6 pm window. By 9 pm it was clear that was unlikely to receive the order. By midnight it was time for bed and all but confirmed.
The next day without even so much as apologizing for it promised they can amend the address to my family home which I was travelling to for Christmas. Night rolls around...(another no show). The following day, Christmas eve, after repeated promises that it would be fine. I message them just to be safe. I am then told. It's not coming and they can offer a refund. No apology, no acknowledgement of the sheer time they had wasted at the busiest and most stressful time of the year. Try running Christmas with no booze. They then put the proverbial cherry on the cake by sending me a message saying my delivery had arrived. An outright lie!!!!!
No show, no delivery, terrible service, SHAM of a company
Ordered a delivery meant as a Christmas present. Chose same day delivery only to have it marked as delivered but the items were NOT delivered. Items were only picked up by delivery person at 5pm when the delivery timing stated 1 to 6pm. My recipient waited all day for it only for it to be marked delivered at 8 something pm. They Ruined my Christmas surprise. Very disappointing service. Very low standards. Avoid at all cost.
Don't Touch Them
I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give Boozebud 0 stars. I chose to buy $140 of alcohol from this Amazon seller solely for the reason that it would use the Amazon couriers to deliver the present on time to my best mate in South Oakleigh for his 60th birthday on 20 December. How wrong I was. Boozebud is based in Sydney and uses AusPost to deliver all of their products. I purchased the gift on 7 December, it was picked up by AusPost on 9 December and expected delivery was 13 December. It then arrived in Melbourne on 10 December and then...for some reason spent the next 2 weeks travelling all over Victoria to finally arrive today. Obviously it missed his birthday leaving him greatly disappointed and me humiliated because he thought I had forgotten it. I know it's the Xmas period and AusPost is under a lot of strain but 17 days is ridiculous. When I complained to AusPost about the issue they said they couldn't act till 15 January. This was because they kept moving the expected delivery date back. The moral of the story is that I will check every Amazon seller I use in future to make sure they use a courier service and I will never deal with Boozebud or AusPost again if I can help it.
Terrible Service on behalf of Australia Post
Have ordered multiple times giving BoozeBud the benefit of the doubt. The first time my estimated delivery time was 8am - 6pm & the driver came at 1am knocking repeatedly on my door waking my family up. Ordered once more and hung around waiting for my order to arrive between the ETA given to me by BoozeBud and the order never arrived. When you go to follow up, there’s no contact number and you can only submit a form which they take days to get back to you. Really overall terrible service. I would steer clear.
Ordered through the website for it to say it'd be delivered the next day. Even recieved a tracking link which said it was delivered, however, my order still hasn't actually arrived.
Terrible customer service
Error made on shipping and contacted the company straight away to change from standard to express. They refused to cancel the order and told me all I could do was return the order for a refund. Their website states there is a "small window" for changes to orders, and I contacted them immediately. Why would a company pay yo ship and order, then pay to return it instead of just cancelling the order???????? Wish I had read reviews here before ordering.
Cider advent calendar
I ordered the cider advent calendar as a surprise for my husband (of course I had to order one for myself to make it sociable). I ordered it early (maybe October) and they was delivered mid November just as I was told. I must admit after reading some other reviews I probably wouldn’t have ordered had I seen them at the time. We have really enjoyed our daily cider, we’ve had a couple we haven’t liked but that is to be expected with this type of thing. When we have a cider we take the next days one out and put it in the fridge because I don’t have room to put 2 big boxes in the fridge. I would definitely order again and todays is so far my favourite.
Confusing but sorted!
There was a bit of a mess up with the tracking and it was saying the order had been delivered but it hadn’t. However Boozebud did contact me and explained they were having issues with their courier and gave me $10 for the inconvenience and the items finally arrived one day late however before Christmas so all is saved!
Where’s my order? Wish I reviewed this site before using these guys.
My order was due for delivery between 6-10pm. It’s 10.40pm. Can’t contact anyone. Order hasn’t even been collected / despatched. No contact number. What a sham of a company.

Beware. My delivery to Hobart was routed via Perth and took 3 weeks, despite paying over $20 delivery charge. Nobody took responsibility or apologised. Very unimpressed.

Hey there Pam, Our delivery times are based on where you are located. Usually 3-5 days however, same day and next day delivery is available for metro areas. This being said we have had an influx of orders through this new lockdown and are experiencing some delays. What a load of rubbish. If you check the review statistics, you'll see that the service has always been crap!
Got part of delivery missing 5 slabs. Where do you actually get answers for where the rest isDelivery info saying delivered. C a few having this trouble
